MEETINGS
[ RECENTLY EDITED ]Rumi yawned as she sat up from her bed, stretching her arms out wide before her eyes fluttered open to adjust to the light pooling in her room.
Rumi climbed out of bed, walking towards her vanity. She gazed into the mirror, raising one hand to touch the light eyebags forming underneath her eyes.
Rumi's face scrunched up, feeling sour about the way she looked this morning. She sighed and shook her head.
"Whatever." She shrugged her shoulders before she started to get ready for the day. She changed from her nightgown into a little red dress and matching heels.
As she was sliding a pearl necklace onto her neck, the door flew open to reveal her older brother walking inside.
"Morning, how'd you sleep?" Ren asked with a grin.
"What do you want?" Rumi says bluntly without glancing at her older brother, her eyebrows furrowing in slight irritation.
Rumi wasn't the type to have enough patience, she had the temper that could put anyone in their place if they angered her.
Ren snorted as he gazed down at his sister, not appreciating her hostility. "Calm down, I was just greeting you!" He says, attempting to brighten the mood.
"You're annoying me, y'know that right?" Rumi frowned deeply as she turns her head to finally look at her brother.
"You say that all the time! Anyways, Mama is telling you to come downstairs." Ren gestured out the door, chuckling as he decided to brush his sister's attitude off to the side for now.
"Tell her that i'll be down in a little bit." Rumi murmured as she stood up, twirling around to make sure she looked presentable.
"Gotcha." Ren made finger guns at his sister before he turned to leave the room; purposefully leaving the door open to annoy her.
Rumi sighed as she shook her head before smiling slightly. She followed after her brother, closing the door after herself in the process of leaving her room.

Rumi sat down at the table, looking around in curiosity. "Mama, where's papa?" She asked innocently, her hostile demeanour from earlier abandoned to be replaced by an awfully calm and innocent one.
"He's at the Madrigal's!" Adrianne explained with enthusiasm, smiling as she served her daughter some pancakes and slices of apples.
Rumi raised her brow. Meanwhile, Ren continued to dig into his plate of pancakes.
"Why?" Rumi asked quietly as she started to eat as well. "He's with the other husbands. I'm sure you don't mind coming to join me as well, right? I'll also be going to meet up with Pepa and Julieta." Adrianne spoke lightly.
"Oh, okay." Rumi mumbled, seeming confused but she didn't question further.
Adrianne, Ren, and Rumi began to head to the Madrigals after having breakfast.
Adrianne was ecstatic to go to the Madrigal's that she was practically skipping the whole way, Ren seemed bored and kept his head down the entire time, and Rumi just followed after them like a lost little girl.
