Part Seventeen

Gabriella's POV
A week passed and I haven't come in contact with Eli, I was pissed to say the least, he couldn't have been avoiding me could he? Even when I went to his cafe, he wouldn't attend to me, scratch that, I wouldn't even see him.

I and rose while walking to the canteen to get something to eat for lunch, when I decided to ask her about Eli's where about, I had wanted to ask her but I always end up not wanting to involve her but after  all she is his sister, she would get involved one way or the other.

"Rose?" I called her, but I didn't get any reply, I sighed then ripped off the AirPod in her ears which earned me an hard glare from her,

"I was getting to the most interesting part of the podcast, you are such a kill joy" she said her brows scrunched together. I scoffed

"That shit is boring, I wonder what you enjoy in hearing stupid talks" I said giving her back her AirPod which she grabbed from my hands but kept it in her pocket this time. "You ain't listening no more?" I asked with a mocking smile on my lips.

"Why should I? The part I was anticipating for has been missed" she said with a pout, which earned a chuckle from me, we got to the canteen and we find ourself a cool spot to sit and eat, we only  bought an hamburger and a soda which rose dug in immediately we sat. "Wait....what was the reason you ripped off my AirPods?" She asked taking a mouthful of hamburgers in her mouth.

"I wanted to ask about Eli" I sighed softly

"What's wrong? Noticed he always wants to change the subject when I bring up your name" she said gulping down half of her Soda, I sighed again, I tend to do that too much lately.

"It all Raphael's faults" I said frowning.

"What does he have to do with Eli?" Rose asked curiously and I narrated the ordeal to rose who was only looking at me with full focus and occasionally frowns, sighs and eyes rolling. "That guy is more insane than I think he was" rose concluded and I nodded in agreement. "So what are you going to do about him, he isn't going to let you be gabs, I know that for sure and someone like that his capable of doing anything to you, he is obsessed with you gabby and I'm scared for you"
she said making me a little scared, I never thought of the length he could go to have me, the last time I checked Raphael isn't the I understand you don't want me type, he could do anything and get away with it after all his father was influential and weathly making him the same and with that you can get away with anything.

"I don't know if you notice you just put fear in me right now" I told rose exhaling  heavily.

"I did? She said then sighed "that was not my intention gabby, I would never do that intentionally I just wanted you to know what that psycho is capable of doing" she said then continued "I can tell Eli or we should just report to the police about all this maybe it would help" she said making my eyes wide opened "what?" She questioned when she saw my reaction.

"I don't want to drag him into this mess, it is between me and Raphael and I want it like that between, telling the police about this? He hasn't done anything wrong to me" I said earning a frown from rose.

"Are you stupid? Is it until he does something bad to you?, gabby he is a psycho, he is fucking obsessed with you, he could go to any length, and you are here spilling out nonsense from your mouth" she said all this breathlessly then continued "you should put a restraining order on him" she said finally, smacking the table. I sighed,

"Rosy,You know Raphael is influential right? I mean his dad is the fucking prime minster of the state, look, don't you worry I have everything under control" I said but deep down I know absolutely nothing is under control.

"What would that make me? My best friend is being stalked by a psycho and I shouldn't worry? Really?" She exclaimed, rising from her seat abruptly which made the chair screech, she took her bag and angrily left. I sighed, he hasn't done anything yet what if I place a restraining order on him and he eventually does something bad to me? I'm totally confused, my life is a fucking mess right now, I barely even have time to think of other things aside from all this issue going on.

I got up, making my way outta of canteen I tried searching for rose, I couldn't find her, I know she is damn angry right now and I'm the fucking cause, I need to talk to her and settle this. I don't want any misunderstanding or issues between us. I went to the tree we usually meet but couldn't find her, I tried calling her phone numerous times but she isn't picking up neither is she replying my messages, I sighed.

"Hey?" A voice broke my line of thought, I look at the direction of the voice and saw the same guy that led me to see Raphael the other day.

"What do you want?" I asked irritation laced in my voice, I wasn't interesting in striking up conversation with anyone.

"Woah, take a chill pill" he said raising his two hands up in surrender with a smirk on his lips.

"What do you want?" I asked again.

"Noticed we didn't introduce ourself a properly the other day, I'm Ian and I guess you are Gabriella yeah?" He asked stretching his hands out for me in a handshake which I blatantly ignore, I don't like this guy.

"I don't receive handshakes from strangers, and yes I'm Gabriella" I said making him chuckle slightly and withdrawing his hands to himself.

"You've got an attitude huh?" He asked making me roll my eyes in response "Raphael wants to see you" he added, telling me exactly why he was here.

I laughed hysterically "and what would make me follow you? You and Raphael are the biggest delusional people I have ever seen" I said trying to walk pass him but wasn't able to before he grabbed my forearm, "leave me the fuck alone!" I half yelled which made him leave my arms.

"He just want to settle things with you, maybe he could leave you alone after this meeting" he said making me stop abruptly in my steps, if Raphael was trying to settle things with me than that would be so great, he is the biggest problem I have in my life right now.

"Where is he?" Was my intact response.

The real romance would start very soon lol. I know my book is slow paced.
