~Third Person POV~
Swinging across the city, Spider-Man and Spider-Girl webbed their way around Brooklyn, waving at a few civilians enjoying the warm day. It had been a year since the Kingpin and the multiverse incident, and things were going great. The heroes would patrol together every day and school was going pretty great too, excluding the fact they need to skip classes sometimes to fight their villain of the week.
A yelp caught the two teenagers' attention, a businessman fell on the street, and half of an ATM machine popped out of a black hole behind him. Next, yelling and smashing were heard in their local deli and convenience store. Looking at each other, the two quickly swung over and walked into the store.
The manager was swinging his bat at the man who was all white with a hat, jacket, and glasses. He didn't seem to fight but instead, ran in circles from the man as the manager continued to attack him, knocking down almost everything in the store as he did so.
Spider-Man grabbed two pastries from the snack case and webbed open the microwave door, throwing the food into it as he waits for the snack to heat up. "I've never robbed anyone before, please don't make this a bad experience for me!" The faceless man said as he ran around.
"Bad experience?! I'm trying to run a business here!" The manager yelled in response.
The fully white man crashed into a shelf through his black hole. "I have this whole-- Oh, wow, is this curry powder?" He grabbed the can in question before quickly putting it back. "Well, see, I'm a scientist. Or, I was-- I am."
He continued to talk casually as he dodges the bat. "Anyway, you heard of Alchemax? I used to-- I used to work there." He tripped up onto a magazine rack as the two spiders watched the scene play out, standing by the microwave.
"I was actually considered handsome by scientist standards. I had a little accident!" He fell through one of his black holes. "Now look at me!"
Raising a brow, Spider-Girl put her hands on her hips before looking back at the microwave. "Is it done yet?" She asked her boyfriend as he opened the door, grabbing the two pastries out of the machine and handing one to the girl.
The man used a black hole to grab the bat out of the man's hands, sending another black hole at his face, the wooden object hitting him in the head, sending him to the floor.
"I'm so sorry! First of all, I'm not even robbing you, I mean, this ATM Machine doesn't even belong to you, right? This belongs to the bank! They're the real criminals!" The guy continued to ramble as he struggled to get his foot out of the hole.
"You're the real criminal! You're robbing me!" The manager yelled as the lower half of his body was stuck in a black hole. He grabbed the ATM machine and started to put it out of the door.
Silently webbing to the ceiling, Spider-Man and Spider-Girl hung upside down, their masks pulled over their mouths so they could eat. "Why do people say 'ATM Machine'?" Miles asked nobody in particular.
The spotted man paused and looked out for the voice. "Who said that?..."
"The 'M' stands for 'Machine'." Spider-Man thought out loud as he took a bite of his food. "Yeah but AT machine doesn't have the same ring to it." Spider-Girl voiced as she continued eating. "Spider-Man! Spider-Girl!" He fell through his black hole in shock.
Another black hole formed on the ceiling and him and the ATM machine fell loudly onto the floor. The two heroes dropped onto the floor, the inside of their food crumbling out.
"Hey Lenny, how much do I owe you for these beef patties, man?"
Spider-Girl looked at the boy. "I can pay for my own."
