Panic attack/injuries/child abuse metiond

Shouto slowly opened his eyes, his vision blurry and disoriented. As his surroundings came into focus, he noticed his newly bandaged arm, and panic washed over him like a tidal wave. He frantically moved his arm into view, his heart pounding with fear and confusion.Recovery Girl, seeing his distress, hurried to his side. "Shouto, calm down," she urged gently, trying to soothe his escalating panic. But the more she tried to reassure him, the more his anxiety grew, threatening to consume him.

Sensing the urgency in the room, Bakugou, who had been sitting nearby, sprang into action. He approached Shouto with a firm yet caring demeanor. "Hey, calm the hell down, Half and Half," he said, his voice surprisingly gentle. "Look around you. You're safe."Feeling overwhelmed, Shouto's chest tightened, and his breathing grew shallow. He tried to focus on his breath, but his racing thoughts and the fear of losing control consumed him. Panic began to consume his senses, and he felt as if the ground was slipping away from under him.

Unable to hold it in any longer, Shouto lunges towards Bakugo in the bed, his legs shaking and his heart pounding. Tears welled up in his eyes, and he couldn't find the strength to fight against the panic that threatened to engulf him.

Bakugo noticed Shouto's distressed state. His usual stern expression softened for a moment as he took in Shouto's trembling form. He quickly rushed to Shouto's side, concern etched across his face.

"Hey, Todoroki, what's wrong?" Bakugo asked, his voice filled with genuine worry. Shouto struggled to form words, his mouth dry and his throat constricted. He managed to choke out a few words between gasps for air. "..can't...breathe..."Bakugo's eyes widened in understanding, and he immediately took action. He gently guided Shouto With a calm but firm voice, he began to talk Shouto through a breathing exercise."Focus on your breath, Sho," Bakugo said, his voice surprisingly soothing. "Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for a moment, and then exhale slowly."

Shouto attempted to follow Bakugo's instructions, though his trembling hands made it difficult. But Bakugo remained by his side, his presence steady and unwavering.

"You're doing great, halfie," Bakugo encouraged. "Just keep breathing. I'm not going anywhere."Gradually, as Shouto continued to focus on his breathing, the intensity of his panic attack began to subside. His heartbeat gradually slowed, and his body began to relax.

As the panic attack started to pass, Shouto finally found his voice again. "Th-Thank you, Bakugo. I...I didn't expect..."Bakugou's commanding presence and genuine concern helped Shouto slowly focus on his surroundings. He noticed the comforting presence of Recovery Girl, the sterile yet familiar scent of the office, and the steady rise and fall of his own breath.

Just as Shouto started to regain a sense of control, Aizawa entered the room, his eyes taking in the scene. He observed Bakugou's effective approach in calming Shouto's panic and nodded approvingly. Aizawa knew that it was not time to address the deeper issues plaguing Shouto.

The question hung in the air, heavy with concern..Shouto's eyes widened, his heart aching with and dread. He wrapped his arms around Shouto, offering a silent support that spoke volumes. As Shouto sobbed in front of his friend and teacher, the weight of his secret began to lift, replaced by a newfound sense of trust and the knowledge that he was not alone in his struggle.

After the emotional encounter with Shouto, Aizawa took a deep breath and composed himself. He knelt beside his student, gently brushing a hand over Shouto's hair, trying to soothe him. "It's going to be alright,

Shouto. I'll take care of this. You don't have to face it alone." It was the least he could do he could done more from the start. With the noticble telltail sings like Soutos adduitde twoards the sart of the year and how he viewed his father.

As Shouto drifted off to sleep, exhausted from the emotional turmoil, Recovery Girl approached Aizawa with a grave expression. "There's something you need to know, Aizawa. Shouto's injuries ."

She revealed the extent of Shouto's injuries, including a large burn mark on his thigh, a deep cut on his chest, bruised ribs, and old scars that suggested a history of abuse, possibly spanning years.Anger coursed through Aizawa's veins as he clenched his fists. How had he missed these signs? The guilt weighed heavily on him, and he berated himself for not taking action sooner to protect Shouto.

Needing guidance and support, Aizawa reached for his phone and dialed Hizashi's number. "Hizashi, we need to talk. It's about Shouto."

Hizashi's voice carried concern over the line. "Shota, what's going on? Is Shouto alright?"Aizawa's tone was firm yet filled with determination. "No, he's not alright. Shouto has been suffering in silence for far too long. We need to do something, and I have an idea."

As they discussed the situation further, Aizawa's mind raced with possibilities. He knew that Shouto couldn't return to his home, not with the danger that awaited him there. Aizawa wondered if there was a way to bring Shouto into their own household, to offer him a safe haven where he could heal and find solace.Hizashi understood the gravity of the situation and shared Aizawa's determination to help Shouto. He silently vowed to protect and support his student, to offer him a place where scars could heal and a brighter future could take shape.
