GWEN WAS SITTING AT HER vanity, doing her make up for the wedding of Paul and Georgia. The venue changed and Gwen was getting giddy. Weddings were something she enjoyed, even if she never went to one. She saw them in T.V and hoped that one day she would have a wedding like the ones she saw.

"Mom!" Gwen yelled as she put on the last of her lipstick. "Mom?" She yelled again and then heard footsteps coming up the stairs. As Anne stood in the doorway with a small smile on her face, Gwen's face went into confusion. "Why aren't you dressed?"

"I cant go, I got a meeting to go to, can't miss it" Anne made up on the stop, when in reality she was meeting with someone else.

Gwen nodded in understanding. "Okay, well, I'll bring you cake, Okay?" Gwen suggested and Anne nodded as she leaned down and gave Gwen a long kiss on the top of her head. Gwen found it odd, but accepted it none the less.

"I love you, okay?" Anne asked and Gwen smiled up at her. That smile Anne saw when she was born, that smile Anne saw when she was a child, when she would look up at her. It was something she was going to miss so dearly.

"I love you too" Gwen replied and Anne nodded.

"And know that I'd do anything to make you happy" Anne said and Gwen nodded, not really knowing why her mother would say words like that. Maybe reassurance? Yeah, maybe.

"I know"

"Okay" And just as Anne was about to leave she took one last look at her daughter, adding finishing touches to her make up and fluffing up her curly hair. Oh, how she wished she could take a picture of it.

Gwen had made it to the wedding, wearing an old dress of hers she had hidden in the back of her closet. She sat next to Marcus, playing with his hand while he stared down at her, admiring the girl he managed to make fall in love with him. Something he had wanted for so long, he finally had. And he felt as though he could never deserve her or her love. But she was willing to love him, willing to give him the love she thinks he deserves and more.

The Venue was small, but beautiful. Gwen had to applaud Ginny and Max. And soon enough the music started playing and the bridesmaids, Max and her mom, walked down the aisle. And then Ginny walked down.

The music shifted to another song, announcing the entrance of Georgia. Everyone stood up as they watched Georgia walk down the aisle in her wedding dress and big boquete of flowers.

Gwen teared up as the two shared their vows. Marcus's hand slowly inching to hers, as if it was their first time holding hands, as if it was their first time even meeting. Gwen looked down and then up at Marcus, onky for him to already be looking at her. Gwen smiled and held his hand, his hand fitting so perfectly in hers. Made for each other.

Marcus leaned in and gave her a kiss on her forehead as they both turned back to the now married couple, smiling, giggling, and kissing. It was beautiful. A beautiful scene to witness, a beautiful scene to remember.

The reception began and Ginny's speech was the so each of the room. "And all that I ask is that you love my mom the same way she loves. Unequivocally. So Paul, I give you my mom please take care of her" Ginny said as she picked up her glass, as did the rest. "To Georgia and Paul Randolph"

Everyone cheered and took a sip of their drink. "So, you wanna get married?" Gwen asked Marcus, which caused him to choke on his drink, being caught off guard.
