Marinette POV :
Today was the baby shower . Me and Adrien were all over the place, well Adrien was. My belly felt heavy so I couldn't really run and walk that well, so Adrien let me take a break.Today marks the number 20 weeks! Only 16 more weeks to go! Finally it was baby shower time! Everybody was there, and we started handing out gifts! Alya and Nino gave me cute onesies, Julkea and Rose gave us a blanket, Sabrina and Chloe made us a crib! It had to be shipped though. Mom and Dad gave us some pink baby bottles, and Natalie and Gabriel gave us some cute hats. We loved all the gifts! And the baby shower was a sweet success! Today was the day we would also cut the cake for the gender reveal! Everybody thought it was a boy ( Cookie Challenge : Chap. 2) . When we cut the cake , they were all shocked, especially Mom. Everybody laughed as I put cake in Adrien's face. Haha.
Adrien POV:
After the baby shower, we went to our favorite restaurant with my dad, Mari's mom and dad, and Alya and Nino. It was really good as we talked and talked about the baby. After that we went to go get some ice cream and cookies. ( you can guess where we went.) Then we went home and laid in bed together as we looked at homes to move into.
Sorry this chapter was really short! I'm on a six hour drive from Galveston. So my brain is tired. But the next chapter will be long ! I promise!
