Chapter 5: The Wedding

Adrien POV
Today was the day of the wedding and boy was I excited! I got up early to get Marinette some roses and she loved them. Then I met up with the guys and Mari did the same with the girls. She was 22 weeks pregnant now and her belly was starting to get big. I was excited to think there was only 14 weeks left. But she would go through a lot of pain. Pushing that though aside, the men got into their suits as I got into mine. My dad met up with me and had a talk. " I'm proud of you son, you have come really far. And you picked the right woman. I cant wait to have her as a daughter." Those words felt amazing in my heart. He had never said anything like that before. " Thank you father." Everyone was arriving and I saw Tom and Sabine sit down in the front row. I was happy to have them as my parents, and for them to be here. I couldn't wait.

Marinette POV
Only 30 mintues till the wedding. The girls and I were frantically putting up each others hair and dresses. Chloe helped out. I was really grateful. Finally my hair was done and it looked gorgeous. I had flowers in a braid with the pin that came with the dress. I said thank you to the hair designer that Gabriel hired. Then I clapped my hands. " I just wanna say thank you guys so much! I couldn't have done any of this without any of you! I love all of y'all!" I said gratefully. Then we all got into a hug, yes even Chloe. Then I heard the coranation music go on. Julkea and Rose walked out. I was ready. I saw my dad waiting for me. " You look like a princess." He said as I grabbed his arm. Then we walked out. The first person I saw was Adrien, and he started to tear up. I giggled. Then we reached the podium. The Bishop started to speak. " Dearly beloved , we are gathered here today. To bear witness, the unity of Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste. Please say your vows. Marinette we will start with you." I was very happy . And we had practiced our vows so many times. " Adrien, I love you so much, I vow to help you through the good times and bad, through moments where you have mixed emotions or your feeling low. I will always be here." I Finshed. Now it was Adriens turn. " Marinette, with this ring I pledge all my loyalty to you, my love, and my pride. I vow to help you when you are in pain, suffering ,or having rough times. I will be by your side always." Now to do the objections, and I was nervous. What if someone objected? " Does anyone object?" No one raised their hand. Thank god! " Then if no one objects, Adrien, do you take Marinette , to love and cherish forever? " I do" " And do you Marinette, take Adrien , to love and cherish forever?" " I do" I know pronounce you! Husband and Wife! You may kiss the bride." We both smiled as we kissed and the crowd roared. Even Chloe cheered! Soon the progression ended and we were back at home, planning our honeymoon. We decided to do it after the baby was born. We did it! We were officially a couple! We kissed some more before going to bed.
