Pity, in the Result of Explanation

I stared at Void, we all understood now, someone having purple eyes was rare, but not rare enough to get turned into that weird secret group or whatever, whereas having lavender eyes was, having white pupils was practically impossible, so that would mean.. "That... that's terrifying..." Giacomo murmured, stopping me from thinking of the possibilities, Void sighed, "Do you want to know more?" She asks us, I tried looking tragic, "Not unless you want to tell us." I answer, in all reality I was extremely curious about what else she would have to say, but I also would respect her decision if she didn't want to, everybody else nodded in agreement to my words, "I'll just tell you guys.." she said, suddenly looking exhausted, "It all starts with how my family operates.. we all wear masks.. only because of a rule the one of our family members had made a long time ago; only have children with someone with purple eyes.. it... it wasn't a good rule.. me and my younger brother have the same eyes.. while as far as we can tell, no other members of our family does.. so I ran away.. from.. Galar.. the place I'm actually from, it was even worse there than it is here, but.. somehow my brother still lives there.. his name is Allister.. he's the Ghost type Gym Leader there.. people know of his eye color but they don't do anything about it.. only because he has such a high rank.. maybe that's why he's still there.. we all only use Ghost Type Pokémon too, and... there is one more thing about my family..." Void explained, I tried looking at her questioningly, but she looked down at her hands for a moment and looked back up, she sighed, "N-never mind the last part.. it's too... I don't know... bad..?" She said, I nodded, she looked confused and tired, possibly a bit frustrated too, I handed her the ice cream which she immediately took from me, suddenly her phone rang, the Big Boss was calling, "Void..." the distorted voice said, the voice sounded concerned, but also surprised at the same time, "I didn't know there was someone else from Galar.." B.B. said quietly, Void immediately looked thoughtful after hearing those words, but she stayed silent, but Mela piped up, "I didn't know you were from Galar too, Boss!" Mela shouted, "This is starting to make more sense.." Void whispered, no one else heard her, so I ignored her words, "Well, I am indeed from Galar.. what a place that would be for you Void," The voice confirmed, "Anyway, Void, we can talk later about Galar, and I think I could also help you with your eyes, but we can discuss that later, like I had said before." Cassiopeia said, Void still looked thoughtful, we all stayed silent for a while until she looked as though she found out something extreme, suddenly she laughed, "Well, I can look forward to that I think!" She exclaimed, we all laughed, her excitement was sudden though, and it didn't seem like it the exclamation was even about what the Boss had said, I pondered it for a moment, but came to no conclusions, "Wait a minute!" Mela exclaimed suddenly, "Void, why don't you talk about your parents at all?" Mela asked, Void's eyes widened, and she looked away, "I-I don't want to talk about t-that.." Void answered, her face was only visible to me, and tears were forming in her eyes, I moved closer to her, so that I was sitting right beside her on the grass, she gave me a look, not a look I was familiar with, a blank slate, but she folded her legs closer to her and buried her head into her arms, I looked over at Mela, she looked extremely guilty and Eri was talking to her, trying to ease her guilt, Atticus and Giacomo were just watching both situations at the same time, I turned my attention towards Void again, I stared at her, what was I supposed to do in this situation? I wasn't good at this sort of thing, but luckily I didn't have to make a choice, Void slowly stood up and put her mask back on, "We should leave now.." she said, somehow though she still had the ice cream in her hand, it should have melted by now from the heat in her hand, but it hadn't, I decided to not question this and followed her as she walked back towards Mesagoza, "So.. Void.. I'm assuming your parents.. were taken by them?" Giacomo asks her, Void simply nods in response, and keeps walking.

I sighed, Mela had asked me about my parents, my dead parents, they all know now to not talk about my parents to me, unless I bring them up myself, I wasn't particularly doing anything, I was just sitting at my desk, in my dorm, it was like that one night, the night I made the poster design for Team Star, I stood up and walked towards my door, earlier, when the Boss had called us, she said she was from Galar too, and before, she had already said that she liked Eeveelutions, I walked through the halls of Uva academy, hoping to not run into the bullies, I looked down at my phone, what were the odds of this actually working? I didn't know, but I would certainly try it.

NOTES

Okay I actually kind of have a lot to talk about, so next chapter something big will happen and I will work on that after this chapter goes up, then the next chapter after that will probably just be Void's entire backstory, so I recommend reading it even if you are not into that sort of stuff, mainly because it will have lots of explanation on Void's family, on the whole Allister thing and whatever..

Oh yeah I was going to do a celebration skit for OVER 100 READS!!
I also just would like to mention the fact that the Fan Song book or whatever already has over 100 reads and it hasn't been out for that long lol..
Anyway, here is my best attempt on a skit so far.

Giacomo: Where's VG?
Mela: I don't know she said she was going to be here to tell us something important..
Void: Just be patient guys! She'll come eventually.. right?
Ortega: Hopefully, I'm getting bored!
Atticus: Be patient my fellow leaders, just like what our ghostly comrade said before, I assure you VG will come.
Eri: To be honest I don't kno-

*The door bursts open*

VG: WE DID IT!! Well.. I did it.. ANYWAY, WE GOT IT!!!!!!
Mela: What in the Distortion World are you talking about?
Giacomo: What's the Distortion World?
Void: Uh.. it's a world that can be accessed in the Sinnoh region and it's ruled by a god or something and apparently the god is evil and-
VG: STOP BEING A KNOW-IT-ALL VOID THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!!!
Void: Wh- I'm not being a k-know-it-a-all.. a-am I?
Ortega: VG look what you did!
Ortega (again but talking to Void): You are not a know-it-all okay? You are just incredibly intelligent and VG is just to nearsighted to see it.
VG: Wow okay, well anyway I think you all would like to know that "The Star Story" has reached over a 100 reads and same with that Fan Themes book that I randomly made.. I wish the readers on here would actually read the Prologue to the sequel of this book.. well it won't even be worked on until I'm done with this book.. okay I just want everyone to know this but "A Shadow Inside" is going to be extremely long, and just ridiculously.. I don't know.. based on Galar and being possessed or something?
Mela: That was a lot of talking
VG: *Gasping for air* Yeah- I know
Void: Well.. we are famous now.. well I am since everyone who plays Scarlet and Violet know who you guys are, wait.. ME AND VG ARE FAMOUS NOW!!!!
VG: Not really.. my Wattpad account doesn't even have any followers, I don't really mind though since I mainly write on here for fun and also maybe a bit for the reads.. but not the follows.. followers are hard to get anyway.. I'm too lazy for that nonsense
Void: Well.. we should end this skit thing now because VG looks hysterical..
VG: I don't look hysterical do I?
Eri: When your top hat is crooked you do
Giacomo: And your top hat is currently crooked..
Ortega: Even your Dreepy's top hats are crooked!
Void: *Tries fixing the top hats but is too short* Ack! *falls over*
VG: Uh I'll fix it later! I'm ending the skit here though because I am lazy and can't think of anything else to write here..

Okay.. I don't know what you guys will think of that skit but anyways.. uh, bye? I don't know I've never done this before..
