The alarm clock began yelling out for attention quite early in the morning. Aravind slowly unwrapped himself from her embrace and left to get refreshed.

He had an hour and a half in his disposal before it was time for Sivaanya to leave for university. Gathering the required ingredients, he began prepping for breakfast and their food boxes.

With an hour left, he knew he had to wake his sleeping angel. Before he could walk up to their room, he noticed a tiny figure, walking in oversized clothing with hair messed up, standing in different directions. He quickly ran upto her to hold her hand to ensure she doesn't trip, as he was confident she was sleep walking.

"Brush panitiya? Evalo alarm vachiruken, ana epdi athayum thandi thongura."

"Advice panathu pothum, modhala breakfast kodu." she spoke, nonchalant to his words, making him sigh in disbelief, before sliding a plate of upma in front of her.

"Aravind, upma va? Intha breakfast ku than na one hour munadi vandhena. Ponga na poi canteen la sandwich sapadren."

"Seri okay apo lunch ku fried rice cancel. Canteen la chapathi sapru. Ipo na upma otty viduran, sapta lunch ku fried rice."

Sulking at his words, she began taking small bites of her breakfast.

"Inniku reservation irruka?"

"Iruku ma! Rendu table reserve panirukanga. Antha reels nala day to day expenses handle panra alavku revenue iruku, ana innum break even agala."

The couple went separate ways once they had eaten and got dressed for the day. Sivaanya had her last set of examinations before she would graduate, while Aravind was working on his recipes.

He was usually the first one to arrive at the restaurant, followed by Pugazh and Rakshan. The situation was similar today as well, the duo walked in to see Aravind measuring different ingredients.

"Enada pandra? Intha nee ketta item la vangiten. Enna peru vachrukanga ithukulam vaila varra matinguthu." Pugazh said, to which Aravind just smiled and went back to working.

"Machan, unna yarachu kidnap panna kuda avan pakka mattan. Vita antha cumin dabba kulla poiduvan polla."

"Seri va, namba edatha clean panuvom."

The door chimes composed a melodious tune, as Sivaanya walked in to see her brothers staring at the kitchen. She slowly walked to them and gave them a small jump scare.

"Paithyam, epdi bayandha theriyuma?"

"Chumma ney, jolly ku! Ama en purshan enga?"

"Kalila kitchen ponna, innum vela varala. Satham mattum kekuthu."

As soon as Rakshan completed his words, Aravind stepped out with something that looked like a drink. He quickly walked towards Sivaanya and gave her hug. Coming out of her embrace,  he gave her a little peck on her forehead and began caressing her hair.

"Lunch saptiya? Exam epdi pochu? Ethuku ipdi veyil-la vantha."

"Evlo kelvi! Exam super-a pochu, lunch semaiya iruthuchu."

"Intha juice kudi, body dehydrate aidum. Na poi unaku onu eduthutu varan."

"Macha enaku?!" Rakshan asked, and in return received a peck from Aravind, which made him violently rub his cheek.

"Enna edhuku da kiss panna"

"Machan, nee than enaku apdi nu keta. Athan na koduthen." he said smiling, before walking to the kitchen, leaving the others in laughter.

Their giggles were interrupted by a group of girls who walked in, who seemed to be looking for someone.

"Ithu Chef Aravind oda restaurant thana?" One of them asked Rakshan.

"Ama, avan kitchen-la irukan! Ungaluku enna venum?"

That's all the girls needed to hear to begin clapping their hands gleefully, while letting out little excited screams.

"Avara kupada mudiyuma, naanga avaroda periya fan!" one of them asked, making Sivu get excited, and run to the kitchen to get Aravind.

Aravind coyly walked to them, smiling at Sivu's happiness and sighing at the smirk on his friend's face. The group of girls ran to him, hitting Pugazh in the process, who couldn't process what just happened. The friend duo simply walked to Sivu to see the events unfold- they honestly found it to be very entertaining.

One of them opened their bag to get out a huge bouquet of red roses, and gave it to Aravind while gushing about his skills and looks. They kindly requested for a picture and when Aravind agreed, they surrounded him, making him stiff and awkward. He pleaded through his eyes to save him from this situation, but Sivu just encouraged him to be normal and click few pictures.

She wasn't bothered by their proximity, but was rather very proud looking at her husband gain the recognition he deserves. She thought they would click few pictures, eat something and would leave. Little did she know how the future events were going to unfold.

"Naanga unga periya fan! Unga reels la pakum pothu sapada pakka thonathu, ungala than na pappen! Romba handsome irukinga." one of the voiced out, and was immediately shushed by the others.

"Na unmaiya than soluran, enna yethuku chumma iruka solringa." she said, making Sivu raise her eyebrows at her words.

"Actually, nanga inga romba nalla varanum-nu try panrum. Enoda amma than vidavey illa, athan inniku tuition porom nu poi soli inga vandhutom." she said, making him smile.

"Thank you! enakaga time eduthu vanthathuku! Very grateful!" he replied.

"Ethuku thanks lam, ungalukaga na evalo poi venalum soluven! Evalo time vennum nalum spend panuvan!"

"Avlo vetti-ya va irukanga! Evalo time nallum spend panuvalam!" Sivu moked, pressing Pugazh hand tightly.

"Thangachi, nee tension ana avan adi ma, intha annan kai-a edthuku odikurey!"

Sensing the mood, Aravind quickly asked them to have something they like. They each ordered a slice of cheesecake, when Aravind escorted them to their seats and went to get their slices, they quickly stopped him.

"Neenga inga irungu! Antha akka edthutu varuvanga! Akka, please enga cake edthutu varingala."

"Of course! Ungaluku illatha cake-a." Sivu said, fake smiling, as she huffed and walked inside, with Pugazh and Rakshan following her.

She walked outside with slices of cakes and placed it on their table, glaring at Aravind while doing so, who seemed to be helpless. They began munching on their cakes, while singing heaps of praises about its texture and taste.

"You know, ennaku ungala mari than oru paiyan venum." she said, smiling at Aravind. At that moment, Sivu lost her cool. Her brothers swore they could see smoke emitting from her ears and her face was red.

At that moment, Sivu's phone buzzed. She immediately picked it up, and called for Aravind.

"Ennaga namma kozhandha phone panran, vandhu pessunga!" she said, making everyone but Aravind scream 'kozhandha ya?" before she walked inside.

Aravind quickly thanked them for visiting and excused himself to meet Sivu in the kitchen. He walked inside to find Sivu sitting on the counter with her palms buried in her hand. Once he walked close to her, he pulled her hands away to see her tear stricken face. Wrapping her legs around his waist, he gently brought her into a warm hug.

"It's okay! It's okay! Unoda overthinking-a konjom pause podu. Ithu than first time ipdi oru situation namma face panrom, so ipdi ne react panna. Ithuku poi yarachu azhuvangala! Neeye oru papa, ithula namba papa kopudran. Nalla sonen, ma!" He said, wiping her tears with his palm.

"Analum sorry, na apdi react paniruka kodatha. Avanga chuma chuma ungala handsome-nu sonaga." she replied with a pout.

"Inime ipdi oru situation vantha, namma better-a react panalam. Ma, enalam unala mattum than samalika mudiyum, athu nalla life long na unoda custody."

"Athuvum unmai than, nee avlo worth ila." she said, with a naughty smile and ran outside the kitchen, leaving Aravind to smile at the sight.
