Quirk: Biological Mutation

[Allows user to change the DNA, Genetic code and strands of any living organism as long as they know where to place these changes. Without proper knowledge / with a quirk malfunction, if you were to tamper with organisms it could give them permanent damage from removing certain areas of coding in their genetics.]

Description:

- Fluffy, soft blonde hair

- Dull icy blue eyes

- Mature personality despite his young age

- Probably insane

- 14

- Has the entire human genetic makeup memorised. (you'll understand why once you read their backstory part.)

Backstory!!

- With his quirk of biological manipulation he tried to cure diseases by tampering with their genetic code.

- Became obsessed with his thirst for knowledge.

- Ended up going a tad bit insane after his quirk malfunctioned due to his lack of control of it.

- Quirk malfunction messed with his brain, giving him multiple brain disorders.

- The villains told him they could fix him, and him being young, naive and desperate believed them.

- Nobody really knows what they did to him.. His brain was tampered with so he would forget, but not forget the pain they caused him.

- Used his quirk to make his brain learn and process information faster so he could learn every secret of the universe he could get his hands on.

- With his 'improved' brain he wouldn't forget and knowledge and remember everything and anything he ever sees.

- Knows morse code, Arabic, Japanese and English.

- Panic attacks.

- Anxiety attacks.
