Her name is a type of bird related to a falcon, and falcons are great flyers and she was raised by Skywings, and guess what? They are great flyers! Also Caracara likes to pretend to be a Skywing since she is good at how they act and sound like. She was raised by two Skywings. Caracara loves watching the fights and living like a Skywing. Being raised by Skywings has influenced her to believe in reincarnation. To perfect the act of being a Skywing, she even uncurls her tail and holds her wings down and has even taken flight lessons from criminals since they wouldn't turn her in. Caracara doesn't know how to control her venom since her parents never knew about her venom so every time she uses it, a lot comes out and uses all of it at once making her very dangerous, and to add with that, she is VERY aggressive for no known reason. 

(Probably her parents being confused on why they found a Rainwing egg, and y'know how Skywings deal with weird children; Throw them off cliffs! But they still wanted to raise a child, she would act as the test to see if it was worth it or not. But since she was literally a whole different species with a bad reputation she wasn't treated well, aka, doesn't know how to be nice because she was never with nice parents. She does try, sometimes.)
