The tank started to fill up more rapidly as the minutes ticked away. And soon Hazels head was bobbing just above the ever rising gel, sucking in the last few gulps of air before her entire body was fully submerged in the blue translucent thick liquid.
After about 30 seconds the air in her lungs was running out. Subconsciously Hazel opened her mouth and took a glug of the gel, and realised immediately after what she had done and started to panic. In her fluster Hazel ended up inhaling more of the jelly.
After a few minutes Hazel could feel a heaviness set in on her chest. When her vision became blurry her limbs also felt heavy with an invisible weight that dragged her down.
She thought it was all over for her as her vision blurred and eventually went black.
