TIME SKIP:

A Month Later

"Screen"

Elijah set a screen for  his teammate Clarke who tricked the defense into believing he was driving to the basket before passing to an open Elijah who shot a three. Running back on defense Elijah waited for Irving to bring the ball down the court.

It was the third quarter and Grizzlies were leading 15 points more than the Nets. Nets were finding it difficult to get passed the Grizzlies defense.

ELIJAH'S POV:

I was heavily focused on defending Irving. He drove left doing a in between the leg step back before taking a shot top of the key making it.

Getting  the ball for Brooks I took the ball up the court stopping once I got behind the three point line now being defended by Irving. I dribbled the ball to the left seeing Irving guard left I quickly crossed over to the right giving a little bit more space to the basket. Using the space I made a cut for the basket seeing Durant in front of the basket I did not care as I rose up into the air seeing Durant rise to block it I leaned forward slamming the ball in the net dunking on him.

"OHH THE DUNK FROM ELIJAH MY GOODNESS HE JUST DUNKED ON KD" The commentator yelled into the microphone surprised by the dunk as the crowd jumped up excited by the dunk.

"KEVIN DURANT DID NOT LIKE HE WAS EXPECTING THAT"  another commentator said. 

'ELIJAH FOR A THREE huhhh he missed" Elijah frowned at the miss but still go back on defense. The game ended with Grizzlies winning by five points. Elijah finished the game with 24 points, 7 assist, 5 rebounds, 1 steal and 0 block.

"Man that game was close as hell thankfully we won that with some good offense at the end getting the steal and making the three" Triple J said as we all gave a sigh of relief that we won the game.

"Man I seen  the way Lori Harvey and Kylie been staring at you" Bane said with smirk,  shook my head "nothing is going on bro Lori is a friend plus I don't think she like me like that and Kylie let's just say we have a bad history" I said quickly shutting it down before they go further.

"I mean what if they both into you though see the way they look at you" Dillion stated I thought about it at first but shook my head no "I don't think and even if am not interested" 

We waited for the coach to come speak to us. We had a quick team meeting in which he expressed that though he was glad that we won the game he wasn't happy about how we almost lost the game due how careless we played in the first half. Once the meeting was over I changed for my uniform and gear to casual clothes.

I grabbed my bag and got on the team bus to the hotel since this was an away game. While in the bus the team just joked around the coach later joining after being bothered by Jaren and the other he couldn't help but laugh no matter how mad he wanted to be.

RIHANNA'S POV:

I was  laying on the bed waiting for my girlfriend to get done in the shower as I was on my phone scrolling through twitter when I saw tabloid about something that went on between Elijah and the Kendall sisters.

Shaderoom: During the New Year Celebration hosted by Beyoncé a video secretly recorded and released showed Elijah away from everyone enjoying the fire works when the younger Jenner came and hugged him from behind. He pulled away from the hug and asked her what she was doing, she state her reasoning for hugging him in which Elijah replied that they were not friends. This was before the Kardashian and Jenner sister came, Elijah seeing them tried to walk away when Kendall out of no where called him a pussy  and said something else. Elijah hearing it stops turns to her and blast her calling her a pass around.

Hakeem: Humans are so wicked. Like how many people have wronged this innocent boy. Family, friends, girlfriend, school mates and teachers. Even strangers all this wickedness for one boy because it made them happy.

Steve: Not only was he bullied but grades were switched. Mans had a 5.0 GPA in high school, was one of the smartest if not the smartest in Sierra Canyon according to teacher but had is grades purposely switched with Kylie and Kendall cause they were not smart enough to pass on their own.

Alicia01:This just made me hate the entire Kardashian/Jenner family. Elijah was forced to graduate high school with a 2.25 GPA. Was laughed at and called dumb by many, denied right to a better college for both education and basketball because of the sisters.

Hakeem: @Alicia01 right. He was only able to get to the college he attended due to basketball and even in basketball no one gave him a chance. He was held back in High school, college and Lakers.

 So the article talked about two different things concerning Elijah and the Jenner sister one was what happened at Bey's party and the other had to do with the court case against Sierra Canyon which started three days ago. I watched the video seeing Elijah being away from everyone and looking at the fireworks amazed before Kylie came and then the situation with Kendall happened.

I frowned at what Kendall said to Elijah cause he didn't even do anything to warrant the insult. I could see Kendall shocked but the most surprising thing was when Elijah told her to look in the mirror and called her beauty without brains. I didn't feel bad for her she brought it on herself Elijah might be quiet and shy. He does not like trouble but he was strong, his fist could do lot's of damage so can his words. 

Take it from someone who was once on the receiving ends of his fight with words. I had never cried so hard in a long time. Had me rethinking my whole life choices.
