Emma's p.o.v.
"No!" I yelled. I cupped my hands into Matt's face. "Please open your eyes, baby, please?" Tears were flowing like waterfalls down my cheeks. "Emma?" Harry whispers outside the door. "He's go-"
"No! Shut up! He's still here! He's still here!" I kissed Matt's lips one more time. "Please wake up! Please! I'm begging you!" Two nurses came in, gave Harry a gesture and rolled the bed sheets over Matt's head.
Two strong arms wrapped themselves around me and pulled me outside. "He's alive! He's not dead! He's not dead!" I bawled my eyes out. He's still here. He's still here. "Emma. Come here." Shay gives me a tight hug. "He was a wonderful guy, Emma. He's dead." She whispers. I shook my head.
"No he isn't! He's still here! I know it! I just do!" I ran out of the hospital and out onto the streets.
Harry's p.o.v.
I chased Emma outside. Damn she was fast. I kept on running and calling her name. "Emma?! Where are you?!" My heart raced. And before I knew it, I stopped.
She stopped at the Thames. Tourists watched and winced as she screamed loud, buried her hands into her face and sat on the ground. A child tugged at the edge of her mother's dress and whispered something in her ear.
With an unsure face, she nodded and the little girl came running over to Emma.
Matt's p.o.v.
My ghost followed Emma out the hospital doors. "Emma, don't cry." I whispered while I ran along with her. But she didn't hear me. No one did anymore. "Emma."
She ran up to the Thames and started screaming like there was no tomorrow. Tourists had stopped taking photos and stared. "Emma, please." I whispered into her ear. And of course she didn't hear.
She sat down and I sat next to her. "You are not dead, Matt. You're still here." She whispered. My eyes watered. "Of course I'm still here, beautiful." A little girl came up and took something out of her small book bag.
"Don't cwy." She said and handed Emma tissues. If only I could do that. But I couldn't. What would people say if they saw a price of tissue floating in the air when it wasn't even windy out?
"My mummy says that tissues makes you stop cwying. That's why I should give someone a tissue when they're cwying." I couldn't help but laugh.
Emma did a small giggle. "Why yes. They do make me stop crying." She joked. "What's your name?"
"Brookie. That's what mummy calls me. She says that its short for Brooklyn." I but my lip as Emma started crying again. The memories from New York-
"Emma!" Someone interrupted my thoughts. Harry helped her get up, thanked the little girl and her mother, and gave Emma a deep hug. "It's okay. It's okay." He whispered into her ear.
"He'll always be with you no matter what." And with that, tears rolled down my cheeks while I wished that she could turn around and see me standing for one last time.
