Genya's PoV
"Damn, this place is huge," I said, "I'm probably going to get lost."
Katami was rummaging through her backpack. After about 30 seconds she pulled out a pink sheet of paper, skimming over it for a second before turning to me, "Genya-Kun, did you remember you schedule?"
Schedule? Oh shit, did I forget it?!
I began looking through my backpack, eventually finding my schedule crumpled up at the bottom of my bag. I pulled it out at skimmed over it, then pulled out my phone to take a quick picture in case I lose it.
"Yuri, do you know where room 245 is? I think that's my first class," I asked, shoving my phone in my hoodie pocket and the paper in with it.
"Oh, 245? That's my first class! Looks like we got lucky," Yuri responded, "hey, can I see your schedule real quick?" I handed her the folded up pink sheet of paper. She unfolded it, the pulled out a green sheet of paper and a blue pen. She began making marks on the green paper. When she was done, she handed both my schedule and the green sheet to me.
"There. I marked all of your classes on the map, so you don't have to cling to me like a fucking baby because you don't want to get lost," Yuri said, with the last part having a sarcastic tone.
"Shut the fuck up," I slipped the two pieces of paper into my hoodie pocket. The bell rang, and we headed into the school.
Muichiro's PoV
I was nervous. I didn't realize how big the school was until we stepped inside the front door. There was a few banners hanging above the entrance. They were the school's colors, which I'm guessing were Sage green and gold, and the image of an owl was embroidered on the banners. I also saw awards for the school's football, basketball, and volleyball teams, but the ones that really caught my eye were the track team awards.
I was on the track team back at my old school, I was even one of the best runners. Maybe I'll tryout of the track team if they're still accepting participants.
Out of the corner of my eye I saw the three people from the bus stop talking. The redhead seemed to be scratching something down on a paper. When she was done she handed it to the only male in that trio. He looked like he was a Senior he was so tall.
"Muichrio, stop staring, we need to get to our classes," Nii-San's voice snapped me back to reality.
"Oh... sorry," I looked down at my schedule.
Room 328, English...
I suddenly heard someone say something that was not in English, but rather, in Japanese. I understood them perfectly, as it was my first language.
Fuck you, Yuri
Fuck you too, Genya
Yeah, they were cussing each other out in Japanese, I'm guessing so they wouldn't get in trouble.
"Well, looks like we're not the only outcasts here," Yui said to me in English. I nodded, "I have English first, what about you?"
"Math, room 245," he replied. Well, looks like I don't have first period with Nii-San.
Yuichiro walked me to my class, then headed to his own. I faced the door, and walked in. I caught some quick glances from some darker skinned girls siting at a few desks in the back. I walked up to the teacher and handed them my schedule.
"Hello, my name's Tokito Muichiro, and I'm new here. My schedule says this is my first class..." I said. The teacher took the schedule, looked at his computer, then looked back up at me.
"Alright, Muichiro, there's an open seat in the back next to Katami," He said, pointing to the brown-haired girl with the red streaks.
I walked over to her desk and sat down. This is weird... I guess Americans call their students by their first name and not their last?
"Hi! You're the new neighbor, right????" I looked up at the girl sitting in the desk next to me, Katami, staring at me.
"I think I already introduced myself to you, but my name's Katami Umeni! My friends and siblings call me Tami though!" I caught some people staring at me, not at Tami, as she wanted me to call her, but me.
Hey, look at the new kid!
Oooh, look at her hair! At least I think she's a girl...
Kelly, that's a guy, you dumbass.
You know how many girls our age would kill for hair like that?
Why are he- no she- no why are they talking to the Umeni girl???
Ugh, another tr@nny. How many does this school need?
Heh, bet he's a f@g too.
I was unfazed by most of those comments, but the last two got me. Tr@nny? F@g? What...? I'm not gay.... or trans for that matter...
I lied my head on the desk. Tami stopped talking to me, and she looked at the person who said those things
"Juan! You better shut up or I'll get my sister to beat your butt again!"
"Oh, so you're too scared to fight me, Katami? You'd rather have your sister fight me than fight me yourself? P#ssy. Your too sacred to even swear!"
"Oh, so I'm too scared to swear? Well, you can shut your fucking mouth, p#ssy ass bitch!"
I couldn't help but laugh at what Tami said. By looking at her, she didn't look like the type of person that was capable of swearing. Guess I was wrong.
The boy who made those insults, Juan, looked taken aback by Tami's words. The teacher didn't even seem to hear Tami, or he just didn't care.
"Oh-ho-ho, Juan, if I were you I wouldn't take that, especially when it comes from a fucking girl!" One of the other boys in the class said.
I finally decided to say something, but in Japanese, to piss them off. I spoke quickly, but I think Tami understood what I was saying.
"Oh, so we've got another immigrant in this class? Great." Juan said,
"why don't you translate what Muichiro said, Tami? You're Japanese as well, right?" The teacher said.
Shit
"Oh," Tami looked at me, in a silent way of asking if she should lie about the translation or not. I shook my head. I wanted to see Juan's reaction.
Tami took a deep breath before opening her mouth to translate, "You can go suck my d!ck, Juan."
The class erupted in laughter. Juan looked humiliated. For the rest of class, they wouldn't shut up about what I said. Even the teacher laughed it off. I guess he's chill like that. Tami also wouldn't shut up about my hair.
Before we knew it, class was over.
"Hey, Mui, um, is it okay if I call you that?" She asked, and I nodded, "so, do you want to sit with me, my sister, and her friends at lunch today?"
"Oh, I'm sorry, I'm sitting with my brother today." I replied.
"Oh, alright! See you later, then!" Tami finished speaking and ran off, I'm guessing to find her sister. I felt someone walking up behind me. It was Juan.
"You're going to regret that, tr@nny." He said, then walked off.
I sighed. This is going to be a lot to get used to.
1243 words!
I'm ending it here because I'm too lazy to continue right now...
