Ch.13 Worthy

3rd Pov

Oscar: "What do we do now?"

When he said this the portal appeared behind them as they looked at it.

Ren: "We stick to the plan."

Nora: "How? Without the CCT there's no way we can tell, all of Atlas to step into a bunch of freaky, magic doors."

Kazey: "But there is. We use the post ourselves and spread the word on foot."

Emerald walks up to the portal and looks back.

Emerald: "Are we positive these things work?"

Kazey: "Only one way to find out. Ready, Jaune?"

Jaune: "Huh? Me"

They looked at him which he realized and slouched. he walked up to the portal as Kazey walk next to him, worried then he looked at Kazey.

Jaune: "Are you sure, you don't want to--Aaaah!"

Before he can finish, Kazey pushed him into the portal. Jaune was screaming through a rainbow tunnel and through another portal as he lay at on his face. When he goes on all fours he covers his mouth as he gags. As the others come through and see the place that the staff made, then he got up and looks at them.

Jaune: "Okay, we can do this. Nora, Grace, Kazey and I will get people through the gates. Everyone else, keep to your roles. Remember, the evacuation is priority one, no matter what else happens."

Ren: "You sure you won't need more help?"

Nora: "Shade is armed to the teeth, with Huntsmen and Huntress's. But we're about to throw a Kingdom's worth of negativity on their doorstep, if anyone will need help, it's them."

Ren nods and runs off as Emerald sighs and followed suit with Oscar following behind, when they leave Jaune places a hand on Nora's shoulder and goes off as he used his shield to glide as Nora used her hammer to fly away as Kazey runs down.

In an Atlas train station, a bunch of people pop out the sides of the stairs, train tracks also the top looking at the portal.

Civilian: "What is it?"

Someone pushes a guy in a green shirt towards the portal and grabs a pebble, as he reels to throw a rock as Jaune walked through and got hit in the face with said rock.

Jaune: "Everyone--Ow!"

Everyone hides and pops out again.

Jaune: "I'm uh-- gonna need your attention."

He then pulls out his scroll to show his Huntsmen license.

Back into the realm from Atlas to Vacuo, Penny flies in and land while holding the staff as everyone walks in shocked and happy to see it, as Fiona walks in and waves at them as more people walks in, Ruby notice and waves back. As Jaune is helping people moving on the bridge as did Nora with her people.

Jaune: "Keep moving, come on."

Nora: "That's it, watch your step."

Nora runs and jumps off the platform and flies off while Johanna helps out with another crowd.
