chapter 5 Flying with the Vampires

Kryptina suddenly felt like her nose was burning like wood in a fire as, she covered her nose when, she then recognized a strong scent of garlic. 

Kryptina quickly took out a tissue. "Kryptina?" She suddenly recognized her brother's voice. "I got something for you." "C-coming." Kryptina said trying not to cough. She head down the stairs. "Yes Chester?" I got a little something for you." He said with a smile taking an item out of his bag. You did?" Chester have her the item.

 It was a small little white box. As Kryptina opened it, she quickly dropped the item on the floor and looked away as, she saw it was a silver necklace that had a blessed cross made out of crystal. "What? What's wrong? It's for your own protection." Chester asked as, he picked up the necklace and the box from the ground trying to give it to her. "It's-it's nothing. It's a great gift but I'm gonna go to sleep now." She quickly rushed up the stairs still holding a tissue on her nose feeling like her skin was going to burn.

"Hmm? How odd." Chester was holding the necklace as, he lifted a brow watching his sister rush up the stairs. 

Kryptina quickly rushed into her bedroom closing the door. She sighed with relief as, she was up against her door. She felt something rub up against her legs. She looked down to see it was only her lynx Snowy. "Snowy?" Kryptina kneeled down petting her. "I have to go and find Alarich. He might be able to sort this out for me and hopefully he can change me back. You stay here and be good while I'm out okay?" Snowy meowed rubbing her body up against her legs until suddenly like a flash of lightning, she was gone.

Lydia exits the city heading to a a festival. "Rr. That fool better be here or else." She moaned to herself. She was still wearing her black vampire costume as, she entered the festival. There was an archery that was an orange and black color. It had yellow glowing bulbs. There was many games like throwing darts to win plushies. They're cafes had all kinds of bugs and blood flavored things you can eat. They also had tomato juice, blood flavored  drinks and blood.  They even had blood flavored and bug flavored cotton candy.

Lydia entered a tent and sat on a bench waiting for her mysterious strange to appear. The tent was white. There the floor and walls were made out of wood alone with the stage. There was a microphone. At the corner there was a bar that was filled with bottles with blood inside of it. 

Lydia sighed resting her hand on her chin. "Where is he?" She said with a yawn. 

Just then, the lights turned off and Lydia narrowed her eyes as if, she was gonna be attacked by zombies. Then all of a sudden, she felt someone cover her mouth. Then the lights turn back on and she looks to see it was that strange Klaus hanging upside down. He was holding a red rose in his mouth. He takes the rose out of his mouth. "I got this for you my little honey bat." He gives her the rose as, he smirked. "Rrrr. Thanks." Lydia took the rose feeling uncomfortable. Who and what is this weirdo? Most people fear her. So why didn't he? 

"So what do you wanna talk about?" Lydia lifted a brow getting up from her seat. Just then, Klaus's shadow appeared and grabbed Lydia by her hands and pulled her towards him.

Klaus grabbed her by the hands. He then began to twirl her around. "From the moment you first seen us." Did you ever in your life think you'd be standing here with me? Klaus hold her and he leans over her as, Lydia pointed her leg out. "With this thing we have between us." He twirls her around again as, Lydia pointed her leg up in air. "I could tell that is was fate and that it was always meant to be." He twirls her around again and he leans towards her with a smirk. 

"Yes you and I were meant for glory." Klaus's shadow appears playing the piano as, Klaus leans in towards Lydia stepping towards her as, she backs up. "And something greater then this drab little world that we see." He raises up his hand making a sad face for a second.
