(Dream woven to reality Subaru x Kou( コウ×スバル) LGBTQ+ friendly )

Prolougue

Description: This story is told from first person and therefore any additional pronouns I use for kou, shu, or Azusa will be applied later though kou is the only one in this story whom will be doing the proper surgery for becoming a woman Kou's pronouns are as follows they/them and she/her until kou does the surgery she wants anyone who addresses her as they/them with the exception of Subaru calling Kou "Snow White" even if kou is prettier than even Snow White herself

Also, note that the main pairing in this story is Subaru x Kou in addition to that yui (pretty much just a side character) is still there for either other pairings or moral support being that she is actually still human she may be ideal for certain things to take place later (ie the drink renji will be making in a future chapter)

Other ships might include but are not limited to :

Slight- Renji and shu (in this story they actually get along somewhat well but shu doesn't even bother renji and he does some things but stays sleeping still)

Mild - Yuma and Shu (pretty much a mild ship but I won't put that much yaoi in this since I'm not trying to focus on that in this fanfiction )

This next one is pretty much a given :

Kanato x Azusa (this will more than likely turn into something else fast but it will become apparent that kanato can't be without even looking at Azusa and he becomes immobilized by him and likes it )

Yui and various (if it happens to be with either kou or Subaru it wouldn't be romantic it may be more for stress relief )

I'm not sure who I want to put ruki with quite yet but I'm thinking renji if the Yuma And Shu goes well which it may as well but for the record Renji and Ruki both think alike and therefore they also would either or be okay with shu but at this time If I put all those. Ships in as well they won't be major well except maybe azusa and Kanata but anyway)

(I will also be adding shin and Carla to either a side story or if I can make a sequel then they'll be in that instead of this story)

Also another note Shu treats Kou like his brother/sister in this fanfic so he may appear often to support not just subsru but kou as well

About the backstories:
The backstories will briefly describe how Kou was brought on the road to slowly figuring out how to achieve his dream to become a woman and how kou and Subaru got together to where they're at right now (which will be explained later) and what they are going to do from there

Kou's backstory

Ever since Kou was ten they've taken small steps towards achieving their dream which is to one day grow up to be a woman. it's been difficult moving forward though Ruki, Azusa, and Yuma, as well as kou's boyfriend Subaru, supports them every step of the way they eventually came to the conclusion that they would do almost anything to achieve this goal keeping in mind the difficulties that may occur along the road though there may be some help from certain people.

At first, I couldn't see myself with somebody like Kou but then I started hanging out with them more and I realized well damn this feels nice, I couldn't even begin to imagine the idea of Kou being with anyone but me though within reason I understand their family came first even if they were legally adopted family at the end of the day family is still family...

The beginning was rough around the edges we'd hang out after Kou finished their photo shoots or in between and the reporters and photographers would question me and my motives. Though I kept telling them they're not the worst intentions they're good intentions truthfully though some would argue otherwise. Eventually, I started to get bothered by it though I can't see them being with any other guy other than myself and I'm somebody who can support them in whatever choice they want to make going forward, the industry in it of itself being unable to support Kou or being afraid that what theyd hope to eventually achieve would ruin their public Image.

In the end I realized it was just them being very self-centered and only caring about their emotions and not kou's emotions.

I was determined to find a way to help them even if it meant asking somebody else for help considering it may not be possible in the current state Kou is in to begin with, though I can't recall exactly what it was I know renji has made something that has turned a former human-vampire temporarily human he'd probably just need to know what "that man" did to change them ((refering to all of the mukumi brothers as a whole)) in the first place if it's possible... I'd do it seriously even if it meant I had to do a lot of work for it. I'll help kou out in any possible way I can to getting them one step closer to their goal.....

Up until today, I was hesitant to ask until Renji asked me if I needed his help with anything or rather, if me or kou needed help, it was then that I explained what was going on and all he could muster was a simple, "perhaps I could be of help but in the future"

It wasn't until the day that Kou asked me if I could help them with asking renji for help...

(this is the end of the backstory however the actual story prologue will start as a flashback to get to the point where Subaru's backstory left off in. Order to catch the actual story up to what he remembered this again will be told from first person but in addition to that from kou's perspective )
