Chapter 3

(Zelda's Pov)

Link and I are at the castle. "No! Bolson, that's not where it goes!" I gasp running over to him. "It goes over there! Please we talked about this.." I say slightly annoyed. "Zelda.. Just breathe." Link says placing his hands on my shoulders. "I know you're stressed... So please just breathe" He smiles sweetly. I take a deep breath.. "You're right.." He lets go, turning around. "Boulson.. Please stick to the plan if you make any changes without the princess' ok I will see to it that you are no longer a part of this project." He says sternly. "Ok.! On it!" Bolson says with a small dance. "Here.. Zelda sit down." Link says pulling a box over. I do as he says. He kneels down in front of me. "Look.. I know you're stressed and that there is a lot for us to do.. But you have to remember to take a break... Ok?" He says placing hand on my knee. "Yeah.. Ok.." I sigh looking down. "Zelda.. Look at me." He says lifting my chin with his hand. "You're going to be ok.. It's all going to be ok... If you want I could watch over things well you go back to the house and rest."

"No.. No.. If I'm going to go, you come with me."

"Why?" He says with a sly look on his face. "Stop." I say un amused. "Sorry.. Just trying to make you laugh."

"I know.. Ugh there's just so much to do.... I have to go see Impa in an hour, then I have to plan the wedding...."

"It's ok.. I'm here to help in any way." He smiles warmly. "I know...." I say tears filling my eyes. "Ugh.. I can't do this... The nightmares are getting worse and.. There is so much we have to do.. Ugh.. I just wish my father was here.. He would know what to do.."

"You need a break.. I'll tell Impa and you go home and get some rest. I'll be there in an hour, ok?"

"Ok..."

I went home and got changed into my nightgown, and ended up falling asleep. I wake to the house door closing. "Link?" I call groggily. "Yeah?"

"K just checking.." I mumble laying back down. He comes up the stairs. "So how did you sleep?"

"Good I guess.." He smiles rubbing my arm. "So.. What did Impa say?" I ask turning onto my side. "She understood. And said to take it slow." He says sitting on the bedside, taking his shoes off. "Ok... Link.. You were right.. I need a break."

"Yeah.. I know.." He says taking his shirt off, laying down next to me. "Are you ready?" He asks. "Why do you ask? The answer is always the same."

"Not what I was asking.."

"Then what were you asking?" I ask turning to look at him. "I was asking if you were ready to sleep."

"Sure." I say my voice dripping with sarcasm. "Ok.. Maybe I was asking.. But mostly because I want to know if you feel safe.. And Loved."

"Yes I feel that way.. Why?"

"I don't know.. You seem so stressed.. And I want to take all that away."

"I know.." I say, wrapping my arms around him. He pulls me on top of him, he holds me in his arms. I sigh, feeling much better. He kisses my lips passionately, Sliding his hands up my nightgown. "Link..." I mumble against his lips. "Hm?" He breaks away. "I-I.. Think I'm ready..."

"You're messing with me huh?"

"No..." I say searching my thoughts and feelings. "I'm ready."

"Really? Are you 100% sure?"

"Yes." I say returning to his lips. He slowly sits up, making me sit on his lap. His hands pull my nightgown up off my body, his lips move to my neck, slowly going down as he kisses me gently. I can tell he's going extra slow. I kiss his shoulder as he kisses my collarbone, his hands playing with my bra straps as he continues down. "Link.." I whisper gently. "We can stop.." He answers, hesitantly moving his hands away. "No.. Don't stop." I say pulling his lips back to mine. He places his hands back where they were. As his lips move to my jaw, he pulls one bra strap down slowly. "Is this ok?" He asks quietly. "Yes.." I smile, closing my eyes, leaning into him.. "Zelda.. I don't want to do anything you're not ready for.." He says quietly, moving his hands to my back. "I know.. I'm ready.." I sigh happily as he unclasps my bra. He starts to pull it from my body. "Wait.."
