Readers POV

After a long day relaxing in the sun and just enjoying being us two together we finally decide to pack our stuff and leave for tonight, putting back on our clothes again. „That really was a beautiful idea, thank you for taking me here." I say with a happy smile, since the sun was almost gone I could see Loreen's eyes having that beautiful golden color again. I wonder how she hid them when on stage late at night, maybe contacts? Anyways...I love being able to see them.

We needed to go a little path through the forest to get back and usually I would feel uncomfortable but with her by my side I didn't feel scared. I just stopped walking once she held her arm protectively in front of me, making me stop. „What's wrong?" I got a little confused but she looked serious, showing be she definitely was sensing something.
„Something is off..." She mumbled under her breath and I really hated that statement, can't it finally be peaceful for once?

In front of us appeared a huge figure but this time it wasn't La Zarra, it looked more like a monster. It looked like a bat creature just without wings but if that thing could fly it would make this situation even worse. It's looking at us with deep red eyes and claws like they could kill you in seconds. „What did she create..." I hear Loreen thinking out loud making me realise who made this thing follow us.

I wanted to say something but no words came out of my mouth, I haven't seen something like that ever before.
„Stay behind me I will protect you." She stated and turned into her wolf form, making me see her like that again reminds me of the day she protected me and now she will do it again? I can't just let her fight alone! But what can a human like me do against this kind of monster.

So stood there frozen as I saw the huge wolf that's also my lover sprint at the vampiric creature and fight against it. It was like a horror movie but it sadly wasn't a movie, it was reality. I wished the others were here and could help her.

The wolf bit the monster everywhere possible, making the beautiful green grass painted in blood and honestly I couldn't tell which one got more hurt, my wolf or the monster, both looked terrible. I hear her growl once the monster threw her against the tree behind me, making me jump out the way, there is no way I could catch her in that form.

„Dammit stupid vampire!" I curse under my breath, the monster still going for her as he held her to the ground, raising it's arm to attack her again.

I don't know how but to my luck a sharp stone was laying beside me on the ground and I didn't think long as I took it and sprinted towards them. I made it to jump on the back of the monster and rammed the stone into it's neck a few times. „Die!!" I yell as I keep on doing it, making a mess until it finally fell to the ground with me.

„Fuck..." I curse as I look at my hands dirty like that but I had no other chance, this time I saved her. 

When I made sure the creature wasn't moving anymore I ran towards Loreen who was still a wolf, checking her fur for wounds, hearing her squeak once I touch her tummy, noticing blood is running from there. „Hey! Don't die now did you hear me?!" I yell at her but she didn't make a move, she was so weak but managed to change back into human, making me sigh. Seeing her hurt in human form was even worse, the wound wasn't small and if I won't do anything now we will have a big problem. I ripped a huge piece of my shirt apart and tied it around her to stop the bleeding. „We need to get you to the hospital." I say but she just raised her hand. „No...if they...notice what I am we will have a bigger problem.." She managed to say and I realised that it indeed would be a problem but what to do then?

„...home..." I hear her soft voice speaking to me and I couldn't stop my tears from running down my cheeks. „I will take you home my love..." I just answer before taking her on my back. Somehow getting the strength to bring her all the way home, gladly it wasn't far away from here...

Back home I ringed on the door like crazy, Alessandra opening it and looking at both of us in shock. „(Y/N)?! Loreen?! What happened?" She immediately helped me getting her inside the house and placing her on her bed, the guys also came to us once they noticed something bad was going on.

„Fucking vampire!" I hear Bojan shout. We all were shocked about the situation. Alessandra came with some stuff back to the room, she looked so professional. „Alessandra is our medic here at the pack. She got this." Kaarija tried to calm me down as he put both his hands on my shoulders as he stood behind me.

We watched Alessandra do her job, taking care of the wound and stitching it. My heart broke at the sight but I knew she is save now. „She will be okay. We just need to give her time to recover." Alessandra said. She even injected something but I didn't have the right mind to ask now, I just guessed some kind of pain killer or something. It is indeed impressive how professional the usual cute bubbly girl can me in emergency situations.

„You have...a lot of medic stuff here..." I just managed to react like that, still watching Alessandra do her job, putting a needle into Loreen's arm and letting some brown liquid run into her veins. „Don't worry that's just iron, she lost a lot of blood." Alessandra said as she saw my confused expression, then she stood up and looked back at me before smiling a little.

„It's okay. We can't go to the hospital, it's too risky to get exposed and end up into a laboratory for finding more out about us werewolves...we always did everything alone. Humans are not supposed to know about us, what happens at night...they have no clue. You're the only one knowing about all of this (Y/N)." Alessandra explained to me and I just nod. I am happy she has a lot of knowledge in medicine.

„Our Alessandra always helped us out for years. She could me a doctor if she wanted to." Bojan added, being proud of Alessandra and she just shrugged with a little chuckle.

I was really glad they could help Loreen. I look at her, seeing her sleep and my eyes already started to water again but I just shrugged it away. „I should go wash up now...later I will get back here and watch over her. I will call you Alessandra if something changes." I say before heading out the room and getting to the bathroom, taking a shower to get rid of the blood and dirt. I wish I could have reacted earlier...
