Golden Eyes

Part 20

„What do you mean she is not here! You said they are just going shopping for a little. Alessandra, tell me the truth where the hell is (Y/N) and the others?" There was no way Alessandra could keep on lying to Loreen anymore, looking at those worried eyes just broke the younger wolfs heart, making her sigh before she finally told the truth.

„Listen...they went to find La Zarra. We couldn't stop (Y/N)...she wanted revenge and make everything good again. She and Kaarija went away to finally being back peace again with Bojan following them but...they are not back yet and I honestly have no idea what is going on." Alessandra finally said with a shaky voice, knowing it was not the best thing to just let them go, knowing the vampire's power and rage is just too strong there is no way for a human to get revenge if a werewolf can't even fight against it.

„They did what?...no way! I told you guys to take care of her and not doing stupid shit like that. What if they are hurt?! What if they are dead? Tell me you're lying to me, that must be a joke!" Of course Loreen didn't like it at all but Alessandra tried to calm her down, too much yelling after she just gave a whole concert wasn't good at all for her health and it showed. The older woman put her hand on her stomach, groaning as her shirt got a red blood stain.

„Your wound! Please calm down for your own health. You're still hurt, you did way too much today, please lay down at least for a few minutes and let me fix this okay? We won't help them if you get yourself into a even more bad situation as well." Alessandra tried to calm her down and finally the other decided to take place on the couch, she really overworked herself. „I still can't believe why you are doing all of this....you are crazy." She mumbled while taking care of Loreen's wound.

„No Alessandra...I am not crazy or something. You're all my family...and I want to protect us as much as I can." Loreen paused, taking a breath before she went on. „I love you like my own family and I love (Y/N) as my girlfriend. I can't and won't let go of anyone of you. I am thankful for your help but...I can't wait until the wound heals by itself. I know I will get hurt again physically and mentally when I join this fight but please listen to me Alessandra. I have a bad feeling about this and you know my senses are never wrong. We need to go there, we need to save them no matter what. I know you wanted to forget your past but...please use your powers on me one last time. Heal me so we can help our friends...our family."
Loreen's voice got more and more weak before she passed out on the couch, her words still echoed in Alessandra's head, making tears run down her cheeks as she realised it's time again.

Before Alessandra got turned into a werewolf by an accident. She used to live in Norway, being part of a family that had healing powers. Some kind of magicians but only having healing abilities. When normal humans found out the truth about her family, they got hunted by them, wanting to find out how something like this could work since no one could imagine this was really true. So they lived in fear by getting into a laboratory and tests will be done with them, having to leave their village. For Alessandra's parent's this wasn't enough tho. They sent Alessandra out the country for her own safety, sending her to Sweden and so the young girl had to live on her own. She sadly got into a group of werewolves that weren't nice to her and even started a fight, one of them was infected and bit her which turned the healer into a wolf.
Luck was on her side once she met Loreen, Kaarija and Bojan who protected her and showed her not all werewolves are bad. Giving her a new home, a new family and showed her to love who she now was, a wolf.
Alessandra swore to herself to never use her old powers again, to forget the sad past and lock it inside of her, focusing more on her new self but still the interest into healing people didn't completely left her, she was a kind hearted person who loved to help so she did it the human way, getting more and more into medicine.

Now thinking about her past made the young girl cry more but she couldn't keep it away now. She needed to help and Alessandra will do anything to not lose her second family now as well.

„I will help you Loreen...everything will be fine..." She said before placing both her hands on the others wound, speaking some words, a spell which made a bright and warm light appear from her hands, beginning to heal the others wound.

It didn't take long until the wound is finally gone, making Alessandra stop working her magic as she looked down with a happy smile. „I did it..." She said to herself, not regretting anything. She was happy to be able to show her power again, realising she should show and use what she can do instead of hiding her past away.

Meanwhile Loreen opened her eyes again, looking at her own tummy, seeing the wound was gone as she then looked at Alessandra, her smile so bright. „I am proud of you little wolf. You managed to heal me. Thank you, now save your energy, I think we will need it more often tonight." She said before sitting up as if nothing ever happened, feeling more energised thanks to Alessandra's powers.
„Let's go. I know where our vampire lives. We need to get there as soon as possible. I hope we are not too late..." Loreen said before getting up, looking over and see Alessandra following her. „Yes, let's go Loreen."
