Forms of Magic

"Welcome class to Form Changing!" A large two tailed cat called out. He appeared to be a caracal, he had orange-brown fur, black tufted ears and short tails. His eyes were a bright silver. "My name is Yumi and I am a Nekojin. I am going to do role call and when I say your name please announce your creature," He had a low voice that was cheerful at the same time. "Aurora?"

"Light Elemental!" The girl appeared to be made out of light and was all pale colours.

"Thalnir?"

"Fallen Star God," The boy whispered strongly, his multi coloured eyes glowing.

"Kyan?"

"Imp," A creature with a human body, brown scaled tail and wing that were covered in pale blue fur and ram horns replied.

"Draco?"

"Kluddle," My mate responded from his spot beside me, pale purple wings flaring.

"Doriafa?"

"Siren-Banshee," She called in her crazed tone.

"Azure?"

A small cheer from the female twin before, "Griffin-Siren and Mirror Twin."

"Ezura?"

"Griffin-Siren and Mirror Twin," The boy sighed.

"Loki?"

"Quetzalcoatl-Nguruvilu," I said in a calm yet powerful tone, pureblood mask in place, and very close to my mate.

"Necu?"

"Basilisk," His slick voice sending hot rage into me before Drace calmed me down.

"Lysaus?"

"Lamia," A multi coloured human snake called out, his eyes a glowing blue ocean.

"Azroz?"

"Shadow demon," A creature near the back said, they looked like a formless shadow, ever changing. Red eyes looking to the very soul of everyone around them.

"Mothas?"

"Moth Fae," A tall fae male called, huge luna moth wings fluttering.

"Zethir?"

"Necromancer," A human like creature called out, the shadows seemed to cling to them, they had eyes that resembled my own: glowing Avada Kedavra green.

"Zaca?"

"Spiderfolk," a half human half spider creature called out. They were a black widow with black hair and 8 black eyes.

"Khimin?"

"Genie," A pale purple genie floated above the ground and their hair a dark purple and light yellow eyes.

"Kazlac?"

"Ghoul," a creature with black whites and red eyes and short blonde hair.

"Kuan?"

"Avian," a human with with huge eagle wings sprouting from their waist, and a crown of feathers framing their face. Their eyes glowed a bright golden.

"Vista?"

"Shapeshifter," A creature said, they appeared to have no form, but were constantly changing. The only thing that stayed the same were the deep purple eyes.

"Alare?"

"Dark Elf," The creature had long black hair that leached out the light, black eyes and pale skin with the signature pointed ears.

"Pyre?"

"Fire Elemental-Avian," The creature resembled a human, yet they had veins that glowed with inner fire, and fire lit dark red wings that came from the waist. Their eyes were gold with veins of purple.

"Nadine?"

"Werewolf-Vampire," A slight gasp from the rest of the students, werewolves and vampires were known for always fighting each other. Only a few hybrids had ever been recorded. The creature had Black hair that faded into a light silver and yellow and blood red eyes. Their snow white skin was a stark contrast.

"Ophiel?"

"Fallen Angel," They had huge white and black wings and brown eyes. Their hair was a dull amber. And they had various eyes on their wings and in their hair. 

"Raiden?"

"Toxic Kitsune," A creature called. They had a white coat with toxic green patches (61DE2A) and dull purple (7F525D) tail, ear, and paw tips.

"Raymond?"

"Wild Guardian," The creature had a dark brown wolf body and tail, they had very dark green tall ears, they had dark brown wings that were embedded with thorny vines wrapping around them and their paws and tail. They had pupiless white and light green eyes.

"And Coivru?"

"Wind dragon," A creature floated above the rest. They had sky blue scales with white clouds drifting through them, their scales matched the sky outside. Their eyes held a sky of their own that changed with their emotions, it was currently clear with a few dark clouds scattered around.

"Well now that we all know each other we can begin. The first thing I want you to do is picture your own human form. Once you have every detail in your mind, become it." There was a crackle of bones and rip of skin and scales. Yumi now had orange brown hair and a very feline facial expression. "With your human form you are very limited in your actions. I want you all to change your left arm back into your creature. Vista," Yumi said wandering over to the shapeshifter. "Due to your blood you will excel in this area of magic and you can turn your arm into anything of your choosing."

Vista had become a genderless human with brown hair and deep purple eyes. They turned their arm into a scaly, bat wing. They changed the colour to a red and purple ombre. "Is this acceptable, Yumi?" They asked in a calm tone.

"It is perfect," he praised in his deep tone.

I looked at Draco who had a white wolf arm and paw, and had a slight smile on his face. I looked down at my left arm and focused on it. The arm slowly became shorter and dark green, fingers grew longer and nails turned into long, black claws.

"Good job, Serpent," My Mate whispered into my ear. I felt a shiver run down my spine as I smirk back at him.

The rest of the class passed in a similar manner, learning how to control parts of transportation. As class came to a end we were told to read a few chapters of our textbooks to prepare for next class.

Me and Draco raced to the dining hall for lunch, using the fast lane for air creatures. Zooming ahead of multiple creatures. We stopped just before the doors panting as a huge gust of wind went before us.

"I won!" Draco managed between gasps.

"No way! You didn't. I was ahead of you the whole time!!" I shot back and stepped into the hall. "See?? I went in first."

We both burst out laughing and flew up to the air table head.

"I still won," Draco whispered in my ear and bumped noses with me. As much of a kiss as we can in our creature form.

I looked away, embarrassed and Draco burst out laughing again.

"Hey! It's not that funny!!" I yelled softly, we were still in the hall. To get him back I wrapped our tails together and cuddled right up to him. In the end both of us were blushing, yet we were both content to stay the way we were.

Sadly our cuddle time was cut short by our classes and we both flew off.

Sorry for not updating sooner but I don't actually own a computer, yet. So I had to finish the chapter on my phone. I just got the inspiration to do so.
