He sat back .
She left out an irritated cry in sleep
She mumbled again rubbing her limbs on bed and letting our frustrated cries

she slowd down for a while..again winced after a few seconds..

Anuj sulked and massaged her legs
He noticed her dried cracked heels n uneven dirty toenails..
Ye dekho..me kya karun iska..auratein parlour se nikalti nhi hai aur meri wali ko nakhun kaatne ki phursat nhi..
he smiled looking at her
Chalo ye gulaam kis din kaam aayega.
He softly cleaned her legs, massaged them properly with oils n creams ..he made his best effort to make her nails glassy..he trimmed her nails n applied foot cream on her sole .perfectttt....!!
To make it more effective he made her wear socks too
My babyy ..he sighed pinching her cheeks
He cleaned everything n came back to sit beside her
He felt a strange sensation to touch her tummy ...the feeling he had got only once in his life till now..when he first saw the love of his life,now his WIFE,lying infront of him

it wasn't love at first sight..i mean it's so weird to love someone just by looks.
The day i saw her ,i felt this strange feeling, a strange connection..somewhat like a soul's call..!
Like she was different from everyone...it was so easy to flirt with other girls but infront of anupama idk why my legs used to freeze n lips couldn't come to an understanding n spit a damn word ..GOSHHH...
it was never the same for me..i was such a pro in conversing..a born extrovert..but every part of my body,God knows for what reason failed infront of her n somehow I managed to embarrass myself infront of her every damn time...so ultimately I left even trying. She wasn't any less yaa...
she used to IGNORE me...MEE....the hottest student of our class...huhhh...i mean kya serious attitude tha meri wali me ..me baat karne ki koshish me lage rehta aur ye madam side se nikal leti .mene to ummeed hi chhod di thi..he chuckled
par i used to watch her ..i loved watching her..she was peace to me .. everything she did was honey to my soul.. every smile,every frown,her innocence,her simplicity,the sound of her bangles,her golden anklet, her giggle,her smell,her dupatta on my face,her essence,, everything hers felt so homely like i belong to her, she is connected to me..how she ate imli,her face when she saw an animal,her run to catch the bus..she was so...so ..i can't explain it . But i eventually realised that she's my home...n see after all this time in all these years..we are together stronger than ever n in LOVE with each other..Yes..our love wasn't instantaneous it developed slowly as rock weathers to soil which supports life .. without this soil nothing is possible.. everything is dull . there's no life...
This love developed when as bestfriends i used to teach her to ride scooty and she used to abruptly put a break for me to bump into her..i knew Anu..he smiled devilishly don't think ki i didn't get it ..

Our love developed during our time together in various activities, when u taught me to shake my hip..godddd...i couldn't even do that idk how being a dancer u tolerate this rusted, junked machine..he laughed..when i taught u to eat ice cream properly ..btw where did u learn to eat it so neatly..?..he pursued his lips n reminisced her messy nose... isn't this how our love started .i mean we accepted eo the way we are .. with all our flaws..we were not ashamed of any flaw of ours infront of eo..n thats what the first step of love is..how can u ACCEPT a person without knowing them...hence the idea of love at first sight is so absurd..i may get very angry with u but i can't ever just find anyone else or stop talking to u or replace u. ..yes we have fought,at times we didn't want to even see eo..we told eo wht not wht but we sorted it out immediately as we cooled down..when I say i love u i say it with all my heart ..no matter what..i just love u with all the flesh n skin i have.. it's only u..ONLY U..MY LOVE..
That day of July 1995 was extremely special BCz my soul recognised it's part...it wasn't love at first sight ..it was this drag ..that tug from our previous lives that i have a strong connection with u..
Now see where we have come to...from being freshly adults to sharing out mid 20s together...we have indeed come a long way my love..we were so lucky to have been favoured by destiny..wht would i do WITHOUT U..

U used to ask me na why i cried so hard when I saw u in ur wedding attire..i never answered that question BCz the feeling i felt at that second cannot be framed into words in this life..it was too special to be explained..coz u were going to be mine forever..MY GIRL..that day i was the happiest person in the universe probably..n now i AM forever a proud husband..
He pulled their first picture together out of his wallet n kissed it..
Idk why but years later ..i feel these elating feelings again....!!!
He caressed her tummy kissed it n slept crushing her to his heart.
