Mechagodzilla soon arrived near Godzilla's position, he stopped and activated his thrust boosters for an aerial view and low and behold, there he was, Godzilla.

Mechagodzilla thought of going over but instead waited, he wanted to see what he was up to.

Godzilla: *strides a little further into an open part of the area*

Mechagodzilla: *decides to deploy a sentry drone to get a closer look*

The drone zoomed in on Godzilla as he softly closed his eyes, letting the endless snow continue to fall on his body.

Godzilla: *in his mind played sounds of combat and destruction, this place was highly historic to him* It ended here, but at a great cost...

Mechagodzilla continued to observe with curiosity, staying silent so Godzilla wouldn't notice him, the King then turned and began to leave. While watching him leave, Mechagodzilla decided to contact Niko, in hopes of shining light on the strange activity.

Mechagodzilla: Niko, Godzilla just..

Niko: I saw via the drone, it's strange. He comes to that spot once every couple weeks

Mechagodzilla: Why is that? What is special about this area?

Niko: I'll tell you, the area is once where Outpost 32 once was, which housed--

Mechagodzilla: Ghidorah...the second worst Titan of all time. Killer of millions of innocents.

Niko: True, while his father Keizer may have been more powerful and malicious. Ghidorah did the most destruction globally.

Mechagodzilla: Indeed, i have held a deep hatred for Ghidorah due to the memories i have of him in Hong Kong.

Niko: Godzilla sealed Ghidorah in the ice millions of years ago.

Mechagodzilla: Hmmm, I think i will have a look around the area, sensors show ice is thick enough to hold my weight.

Niko: We're shutting down and hitting the sacks over here at the island

Mechagodzilla: That is fine, i will be back by sunrise. Goodnight, Niko.

With that, Mechagodzilla broke contact and landed on the large icy area, taking in the atmosphere.

Mechagodzilla: An intense battle took place here, I wonder why Godzilla could not kill him right then and there and instead just sealed him?

Mechagodzilla walked further, into an area beyond the former Monarch sight. That was when his sensors detected a strange anomaly deep in the snow...

Mechagodzilla swung his tail, causing a gust of wind to push away some snow, and there it was...

It was a strange looking skull, it's front end resembled a beak and it looked like it had just one single eye, there even resembled large spikes on the top of the skull. Mechagodzilla picked it up and examined.

Mechagodzilla: What is this...who was this? *he scanned the skull* Hmm...it is cybernetic, fascinating. I should bring this back to Mahri Island, they could find out what this is.

With that Mechagodzilla left the frozen wastes of Antarctica, back to Mahri Island
