Ghidorah: The Arrival

Lagos Island

On Lagos Island, the Queen of the Monsters herself, Mothra arrived as Dr Chen had mentioned. 

Mothra: *Lands and crawls on the ground* Godzilla?

The Queen soon crawled near the King's cave, she at first looked to see if he was inside to which he wasn't, Mothra decided to look at another part of the island for him, she flew over the ridge low and behold, there he was.

Godzilla was looking out at sea, lost in his thoughts after his recent travel to that place in Antarctica again. Mothra flew over and carefully landed, she then tapped into his mind via her telepathy.

It was as Mothra feared, he was thinking about that fateful, bittersweet battle at the end of the Titan Age, what he considered was his greatest failure, the more he thought of it, the more he felt so pathetic not being able to keep his world safe like his father did.

Mothra: You've got your mind on that fateful event again, love...

Godzilla: Mothra?! *he snapped out of his thoughts, finally noticing her* How long have you....?!

Mothra: I just arrived. 

Godzilla: I..yes, i do.. Mothra, i tell myself that it no longer matters, but it still keeps bothering me. *Sigh* I feel like such a failure, like i was never worthy to be king--

Mothra: That is not true, Godzilla! How do you know i felt, when i arrived too late to save my mother, and my island's people? Devastated and heartbroken. But i defeated the one responsible, i made sure he'd never hurt anyone again!

Mechagodzilla arrived to overhear the King and Queen's talking

Mothra: And right now, you've beaten Ghidorah, his father Keizer and now you rule and protect the world, with me by your side. Always.

Godzilla: Thank you, my Queen...that makes me feel so much better.

The King and Queen softly nuzzled together when they heard a metallic voice

Mechagodzilla: If i was organic, i would be crying.

Both King and Queen opened their eyes and turned to see Mechagodzilla

Mothra: Mechagodzilla?

MechagodzIlla: I am sorry for the intrusion, but i have come to see if you can help me with something

Godzilla: Of course, Mechagodzilla. What is the problem?

Mechagodzilla: While exploring the Antarctica continent, i discovered this.

With that, Mechagodzilla presented Godzilla and Mothra the skull he had found in the snow, Mothra jumped back in shock, she looked like she had seen a ghost.

Mechagodzilla: Mothra?! 

Mothra: *calms* I'm fine...It's..well, that is a face i certainly didn't miss....

Mechagodzilla: I am sorry that i spooked you. But I am told perhaps you could help me discover what this was

Godzilla: Hmmm, how about i tell the whole story? Aside from who the skull belonged to?

Mothra: Godzilla, the whole story?

Godzilla: I have a feeling telling the story instead of keeping it inside for so long will help me

Mechagodzilla: Forgive me, Godzilla but i do not understand. 

Godzilla: The Titan that skull belong to, appeared in the Titan Age's final years and was one of the reasons behind it's end. 

Mechagodzilla: My god...

Godzilla: This story is how the Titan Age ended. Mechagodzilla, does Monarch record what you do?

Mechagodzilla: Affirmative but i can disable it if you wish-

Godzilla: No, it's time humanity learnt what happened at the end of the Titan Age...

And so, Godzilla begun the story.
