Chapter 2.

Y/n's POV

My mouth hung slightly open as I glanced at the rearview mirror. Everyone was peacefully asleep. Everyone except Ryujin. I cleared my throat as I refocused on the road.

"Aren't you tired?" Ryujin asked, her forehead creasing with concern as she looked at me. It felt like she was drilling holes into my head. I smiled politely, "No, but you should get some rest. We still have 4 hours left until we arrive," I replied as I switched lanes, signaling with the blinker.

My eyes glanced at the GPS occasionally, but I was driving in the right direction. I looked back at the rearview mirror. Yuna had her head resting on Ryujin's shoulder, while Chae and Lia were seated further back, sleeping.
Yeji was right next to me in the passenger seat, her forehead pressed against the window as she gently breathed in and out.

"I want to see more of you," Ryujin replied. Her eyes locked directly with mine, beyond the mirror. I swallowed, starting to laugh a little. I smirked slightly, "You'll see plenty of me backstage. So rest now, Unnie," I said, my hands on the steering wheel as my eyes focused on the road.
Ryujin eventually stopped insisting and closed her eyes.

I heard someone mumbling uncomfortably. I turned my head to the right, to Yeji. She furrowed her brow as she tried to find a better sleeping position.

Her cat-like eyes narrowed to slits as she looked at the road, then at the GPS, and then at me. Without saying a word, she scooted closer to me and rested her head on my shoulder.

Instinctively, I moved closer to Yeji. My hands still on the steering wheel, but now I had to be careful not to make any sudden movements. Yeji slept on me.
Maintaining the idols' peace was the most important thing in the car!

I looked at the GPS and then at Yeji. My eyes widened slightly as I saw her peacefully continue to sleep. I said nothing. Her hand rested on my arm, and she even clutched my sweater a bit.

My eyes glanced at the others through the rearview mirror. They were all sleeping, except for Lia. My eyes widened slightly as I somehow felt caught. But Lia said nothing. She just had a strange grin on her face while Chae continued to snuggle against her.

I parked the car, and my eyes looked at the rearview mirror again, everyone was still asleep. I smiled slightly as I looked at Yeji, who still had her head on my shoulder. I swallowed softly.

My hand started to move, and my fingers began to stroke the back of her hand. "Yeji Unnie," I whispered as the stroking intensified. I heard the older girl murmur uncomfortably, "We're here. You should wake up," I continued to speak softly. After a short while of stroking, she finally woke up.

She stretched and looked at me shortly after. A smile appeared on her face as she ran her hand through her hair. Her cat-like eyes locked directly with mine.

"Did you manage to rest a bit?" I asked, chuckling. I watched as Yeji nodded with her head. Her eyes scrutinized me as I opened the car door.

I opened the door for Yeji and then the side door of the van. My hand landed on Ryujin's knee. My thumb gently stroked it.

"Wake up, everyone. We're here," I said a bit louder. I could sense Yeji's presence behind me, but I focused on waking up the others now.

Chae and Lia were the first ones to wake up. They looked a bit groggy and sleepy, but they seemed to remember where they were. I smiled a little as I tugged Ryujin's leg a bit harder.
