It was a forest. A deep forest. No animals, no bugs, no people. No witches. No wizards.

Was I alone? All this talk about Pancrea and I was alone? No one. Just me. For who knows how long.

There were weird signs all around the place.

Time is of low importance.

You can't die here. Don't kill. No suicide. It won't work. You're stuck here.

You're here for a reason. So is everyone else.

If there's a way in, there's a way out.

Learn your leason. The gate will be open when you do.

Your old life is gone. Make new names, new apperences. It's not like anyone will notice.

You do not age. So you can live here forever, and ever...until you LEARN.

The Elder's are not watching. But someones always watching. Who do you think put these signs up?

The last one about the Eders scared me the most and I don't know why. The one about suicide should've scared me the most. Or killing.

But everywhere on Earth...the Elder's were always--always watching. If you blinked they'd notice. It's strange they watch good Forces on Earth, but not the ones who needed to be watched in Pancrea.

Trees. I swear, that was all I saw until I saw the house. It was amazing. Better than any Earth house, bigger than any Earth house.

It was wood. No glass, I noticed. I guess there's not much material to make houses here. But...who made this house? Someone must've been here a long time to build such a home.

My heart picked up. Someone lived here. I wasn't alone! Was it a girl? Or a boy? I hope a girl. How old would she be? Six? Sixteen? Sixty?

Somehow the image of a fifty year old man scared the hell out of me. What if he was here for rape? Well--murder. But what if he raped little human girls? Of course, he would'nt have a chance with a witch, but I don't have powers.

I ran. Leaves crunch, trees got in my way. But I ran as hard as I could. When I found a small clearing, I sobbed. Just for everything. Everything that happened, everything that would happen. When I finished crying, I walked back to the house. I'd have to sometime.

Leaves crunched in front of me. I was about to meet whoever was here.

Suddenly, someone jumped down from a tree and into my face.

"Hey. You new arounnd here?" he said.
