"Heyo!!" Shake. "HELLOOOO" SHAKE. "Wha..WHAT.. bloody hell..." Marlene is awoken by the cigarette man, "the plane jus landed, sorry to wake ya.." the guy says uncomfortably. "Yea ok.." Marlene gets up, grabs her luggage, and she's basicly the first one out.

Oh and there's her Nan holding up a big sign. Marlene hasn't been in Germany since after the divorce, they were in the middle of moving when her mother confessed... she wanted to stay with her Nan, but the reason they were moving was so that her and her band could...spread? She doesn't remember. "Nan!" Marlene says rushing to her with a sigh of relief, hugging her tightly. "Wie warst du, mein süßes Mädchen?" (How have you been my sweet girl?) her Nan asks flashing her cute little old Lady smile. "I've been ok Nan..I just needed a break!" She was still mad about the fact they didn't even ask if she was ok, they just sent her off, to Germany with her poor Nan, and to the stupid school she was DESTINED to go to.

Creaaaakkk. The familiar sound echoed through the house. It's like a big ass tsunami of nostalgia and deja vu rushed through her body, memories she tryed to black out flooding right back in to her mind. Sigh. "Ihre Zimmer sind immer noch schön und eingerichtet wie damals, Abendessen um sieben" (your room is still all nice and set up as it was then..suppers at seven!) "ok, thank you Nan" CREAK. Ugh the stairs, more memories coming back, more deja vu, more nostalgia, she kinda hoped the step would break and she'd fall into a big void like the cartoons. CREAKK. Her bedroom, it still looked the same, nothing had been moved. She had to start brand new, her parents taking any money they had just to buy her a bed, her band funds helped alot, but that wasn't even enough. The smell. It still smelt like the perfume she would put on everyday before..it happened. Made her wanna upchuck.

She unpacked and layed down, closing her eyes feeling the blanket beneath her, wishing life could just go back to what it was, her parents were fighting a lot when the supposed, Affair happened, her mom felt guilty because almost right after their marriage became wonderful again..and it stayed that way, until she made the choice to confess, sometimes Marlene wishes she didn't but atleast her mom was honest, right?

3 hours later

"MARLENE!" She shot awake. It was Nan. She must have drifted off during her sulking, she got up. "I'm coming down!" She speed walks doesn't the stairs. "Eure Startkurse morgen" (your starting classes tomorrow) "what..! I just got here?" Marlene's face turned into a disgusted one. She sits at the table trying to lock eyes with her Nan. "Es tut mir leid, Marlene, aber so sind die Dinge im Moment. Ich hatte nicht so kurzfristig mit dir gerechnet, dass ich mich zur Verfügung gestellt hätte" (im sorry marlene but that's just how things are right now, i wasn't expecting you on such short notice i would have made myself available) sigh. "Ok.." she felt bad, it wasn't even her fault. Apparently her band and her parents have been planning this for almost a week and had just told Nan 2 days before.
