Speechless I stared at her memories coming back to me of our childhood together. Two children from two different Houses, Castes. Two wayward souls. One Servant born. The other one is born of Royalty and Nobility. Two children innocent in all things that mattered. For too us the only thing that mattered in the world was the time we spent together running through the small towns dirty streets chasing each other through the nooks and crannies of the alleys hiding everywhere pretending to be brave warrior knights saving helpless damsels in distress from cruel warlords and kings. Dragons, Ogres, Trolls, Goblins, Darkened Ones and Thieving Bandits were all just figments of our imaginations as we tore through those dirty cobbled streets running barefoot with no care. I remembered two kids not yet 5 summers old bathing in the fountains in the center of our town together throwing our clothes to the poorer kids dashing off giggling as the maids tried to catch two red-eyed naked little demons as they called us back in those days.
