Hello! Tomorrow I will be starting the abc diet and my own workout plan. Abc diet is above^^^^ I assure you it will be hard but it's worth it! You can lose 40-50 pounds if used correctly and if you work out. If you fail once start over don't just go to the next day. I promise you'll thank me later!

While I am on the abc diet I will be doing this workout twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night.

Work out:
100 crunches
90 jumping jacks
80 lunges
70 squats
60 seconds running in place
50 seconds of superman position
40 jumping jack
30 squats
20 high kicks on each leg
10 push ups
Sit in butterfly position.

^^^^burns around 800 calories if done correctly!!

Tip: sitting in butterfly position helps quickly giving you a thigh gap. So sit like this in your free time. You'll see a difference!
