Muzan didn't reek havoc after he became immune to sunlight because hes probably smart enough to let the world repopulate and he kill all the demons lower than enmu except kaigaku so there's only like 9 demons left beside yushiro (these oneshots take place after the infinity castle arc but none of the uppermoons died
And yes I know demons can't get sick i just dont have ideas

Muzan had just gotten back from killing people enmu was sitting on a chair and was breathing heavily his face was red and he coughed at least twice
(Help Im listening to garnet stronger than you while writing this)
"Whats wrong baby" muzan said (That's cringe 💀)
"I don't *cough* know" enmu said confused

Muzan touched enmus forehead he was burning up
"oh no your burning up" muzan said a little worried "I'll be fine" enmu said as he got up to go to do a mission. Suddenly muzan had pinned him down back on the chair "your not going anywhere" muzan said a bit annoy and mad "but-" "no Buts your staying here" said annoyed "okay muzan-Sama" enmu said disappointed
(Help I forgot futons existed in the last chapters so I said beds)
Muzan picked up enmu and lay him down on one of the futons that are placed right next to each other so they can sleep together. He then went to the bathroom and got a bucket and filled it with cold water. He walks back into the room and sets the bucket on a nearby table. Muzan walks into the kitchen and grabs a small towel he folds it, dips it into the water, rings it out,then gently places it on enmus head. "Sleep" muzan said calmly. Enmu closed his eyes and falls asleep 5 minutes later.
Muzan would dip the towel back into the water and would change the water when it got cold every 2-3 hours qfter enmu fever finally broke muzan went into the living room and waited for enmu to wake up.

Enmu feels alot better as he gets up to go to the bathroom when he gets out he sees muzan sitting in the red chair reading a book red "you seem better" muzan said while not taking his eyes off the book this annoyed enmu for some reason "Yes and thanks for taking care of me muzan-sama" enmu goes and sits on muzan lap enmu peers to see what's so interesting about the book muzan is reading. The book is about a fairytale. Enmu nuzzled his face into muzans neck "you want me to pay attention to you that badly huh" muzan said enmu didn't get the chance to say anything before muzan picked him up bridal style and started carrying him to their room
A little bit of smut
"maybe you can repay me for taking care of you" muzan said "what do you mean muzan-Sama" muzan suddenly slammed their lips together hungrily while holding onto enmus thighs muzans tounge pressed against enmus lips asking for entrance enmu opened his mouth as their tongues swirl around each other muzan pulls away and a string of saliva connects them
More happened but I don't like writing smut so this is just the next morning
Enmu sits up as he see a sleeping muzan next to him. enmu was wearing nothing but one of muzans shirts (see the reference😉 no ok I'll stop #ranpoe) enmu gets up and puts his pants on as he goes to get some food he comes back and muzan is already awake so he gives muzan the human and they eat together.
For some reason I can write a 10,000 word chapter about enmu but can only write about 200 for muzan
