Emma-

For being the one guy I loved for so many years, I absolutely hated Jack now. I have zero feelings for him. I'm glad he's leaving.

After everyone pulled away from the hug they started to say that they followed us up here and heard everything. They tried to cheer me up and it worked. I laughed and smiled and totally forgot about Jack. Hayes especially made me laugh..

Everyone started to get up to leave when all of a sudden Hayes spoke up.

"I think I'll stay here and keep Emma company." No one questioned him, they just left.

"You know you don't have to stay here." I told him.

"Yeah, I know, but I wanted to." He said with a smile. Awwwweeee his smile is do cuuuuutteeee. He's so cute. Wait? What? Why am I thinking this?

"Ok, ok, I'm kinda glad you stayed. Even though I just met you like a day ago, you're one of the only people I can actually stand." I said with a little giggle at the end.

"Oh really? You're not too bad yourself Ms. Gilinsky." I started to blush. This isn't normal. I'm getting butterflies just being around Hayes. Oh no, I know what's happening. I'm getting the feels man, I'm getting the feels.

I mean, ever since the heckle berry (Jack) introduced me to Hayes, I felt like we had a connection, but I pushed it aside because I thought it was nothing. Now, bring around him and talking to him, I think I actually like him. Oh God, someone call the doctor, I have a bad case of the feels.

Hayes and I talked for what seemed like forever. I went to go check my phone and it already said 9:20 p.m.. We've been talking for hours, wow. I was about to say something, but Hayes beat me to it.

"So Emma.I have a question for you."

"Shoot."

"Will you go out on a date with me?" I looked up at him and a smile spread across my face which made him smile.

"Of course I will Hayes."

"Oh my God, I've been wanting to ask you out ever since I met you. Anyways, I'll text you later. I'm kinda tired, so I'm heading to my bed." He said standing up and then helping me up.

I gave him my number and hugged him before he headed to his room. As he closed the door behind him I flopped onto my bed, smiling like an idiot. A few minutes later the girls come running into the room with Trevor, Shawn, and Kian. They all jumped on my bed. How we managed to fit 7 people on my bed, I don't know.

"Alright, spill." Trevor said. I already knew what he was talking about.

"We just talked and then he asked me on a date. I gave him my number, hugged him goodnight, and that was it." I said as they all looked at me with eyes as big as saucers.

"Awwwwwwe,OTP. We knew he liked you, he told came to us for advice since we're all couples." Liese said.

"Well, we're not a couple yet. We're just going on a date. Well, for now anyways." I said with a little smile, knowing I could end up with Hayes.

"Well, we're rooting for you guys. We weren't rooting for you and Jack, no offense." Kian said.

"Non-taken. He's a jerk." They all just kind of shook they're heads. Since it was getting kind of late, the boys decided to leave. Shawn kissed Liese on top of her head. Kian hugged Lexi. And Trevor and Jules did some kind of weird handshake that ended with them giving each other a hand hug.

After the boys left, wet all hot ready for bed. I hoped in the shower first because I was the most tired and I just wanted to go to sleep. I changed into sweats and a tank top. I crawled in bed and plugged in my phone. As I finished putting my hair in a bun, I got a text message from an unknown number.

I hope you get to feeling better. We'll talk more about or date tomorrow. Sleep tight beautiful. Sweet dreams.

A few seconds later I get another text from the number.

Oh, by the way this is Hayes.

I mean, I kinda figured it was him, send how he was the only person I gave my number to.

Sounds like a plan:) I'll talk to you tomorrow. Goodnight handsome.

And with that I shut off my phone and went to sleep. This turned out to be an ok day after all.
