Chapter 14

"Find happiness in little things"

"Why did you hide about him from me?"Ayush asked and Meera looked at him and turned around.

"My life is already messed up and if he is the last person you wanna talk about,I don't want to.Anyways I'll leave."She said and picked up her bag and went out of the office.

Ayush stood there while Arushi too left the cabin giving him some space.Meera sat in her car and asked the driver to drive while she looked outside remembering how she ruined her life.

Flashback

Rishab had gone for a meeting in Italy and Meera was wandering around the hotel he booked.She walked towards garden and sat there on the bench.She was scrolling on her mobile when she felt someone sitting beside her.

She looked up and saw it was the same guy she met when Rishab had went to buy the flowers.She didn't get positive vibes from him so she didn't initiate any conversation.

The guy looked at her and took a cigarette and started smoking.As he took two puffs Meera looked at him and glared.

"This is an no smoking zone.Quit it now"She said and the guy looked at her and moved a bit closer to her.Meera stood up when she felt him sliding towards her.

"Look,Don't try to mess up with me."Meera said and started walking when he held her wrist and she directly fell on his lap.Meera tried getting up but she couldn't as his hold on her waist was strong.

"Oh! Jellybean.I would love to tame you"He said and Meera closed her eyes feeling disgusted.She directly hit her elbow in his stomach when he loosened his hold and stood up and slapped him hard

"And I wouldn't mind kicking you where the sun doesn't shine."Meera said and walked away while the guy laughed and closed his eyes.

"Ah!!Such a first person you got Rishab Shekhawat"He said and left to his room.

Flashback ends.

The car came to sudden halt breaking Meera's chain of thoughts.Meera looked ahead and saw she had reached the mansion.Meera thanked the driver and stood up and went inside only to be greeted by the bride's family.

Meera looked at Kajal and then Rudra.She walked towards them and sat greeting everyone.Rishab who was looking for a file came downstairs to find Meera.

"Kasturi,She is our Rishab's wife."Amrutha said and the old lady nodded her head.

"Amrutha,dekh Priya likes Karan but we have a condition.Karan and Rishab might have differences in future so....." Kasturi said and Rishab who was sitting beside Meera looked up at them.

"Relationship aren't made on conditions.The door is that way"Rishab said and Kasturi looked at him and Priya's father whose ego got hurt stood up and left the room.

"You shouldn't disrespect my family Amrutha"Kasturi said and left the house with support of her daughter-in-law.Rishab stood up and started leaving when he turned around and said.

"Dadi,Priya humare Karan ke liye sahi nahi hai.Look for other proposal or I have a girl in my mind.Meera,come to the room"Rishab said first looking at his parents and grandmother  and then turned towards Meera who nodded her head.

"Papa,please see Anamika once I have met her and she is just perfect for our Karan.I'm not saying this because she is my co----"Meera was about to speak when she heard a loud yell.

"MEERA"Rishab yelled and Meera looked upstairs and moved not before requesting him once more.Meera entered in the room and saw Rishab sitting on the couch.
