Scenario 1
You had decided to join Donnie and Mikey going to a junkyard so Donnie could collect resources. Eventually the three of you came across another mutant, a praying mantis, the two brothers seemed to know him and it didn't seem like they were friends.
Scenario 2
Your oc was walking around and decided to stop at a junkyard something had caught their eye and they ended up running into a praying mantis mutant who made a deal with them. Your oc does a job for him and they can have the thing they wanted.
