Scenario 1
Your oc was walking around the city when they saw a group of people fighting. Upon farther inspection they saw that they weren't human but a group of four mutant turtles fighting another mutant (of your choice), and wait is that turtle flying?
Scenario 2
Your oc was walking through the hidden city when they decided to stop at run of the mill pizza. When they walked in they found a turtle wearing blue talking to Hueso. From what they heard of the conversation he was ordering pizza. Eventually Hueso had to answer a call and the turtle looked around while Hueso talked that's when he noticed your oc.
