She smiles.
She passes by you everyday.
She laughs.
She make jokes.
She looks confident.
But it's all a mask.
Nobody sees behind it.
Behind the smile, the laugh, the jokes.
The faked confidence and forced beauty.
Nobody sees the hurt, the pain.
Nobody notices her suffering and loneliness.
Her longing for love.
Nobody has heard her fears... The moments when she feels most vulnerable, helpless, lost.
She feels alone.
But nobody notices.
All they see is the pretty little smile she wears.
So when you're walking past her, look deep.
Past that smile.
Notice her. Not the pretty face.
Because you would be surprised how little you know about someone until you actually take the time and effort to try and learn.By: Evyn Gallant
