When someone says they are okay, are they really?
Silence is the loudest scream of all, a scream for help.
The mind wanders from one deadly thought to the next, we don't mean for it to happen. It just does.
Floating from one topic to the next. And we stay silent.
S C R E A M I N G.
Waiting for someone to notice that we are slowly destroying ourselves with our minds and running thoughts.
But they stay S I L E N T.
Our screams our covered with a blank face and empty expressions.
So when someone says they are okay, are they really?
Or are they drowning in their SILENT SCREAMS?
