It was about 11pm and we were finally in the car on the way home

"I uh talked to my mom earlier and she wants to apologize to u" I say with a smile

"We're almost to the house chill out" cee says

He pulls off onto the side of the road and I open the car door and just sit on the pavement trying to breathe I feel like im suffocating internally
Cees pov
She practically jumped out of the car I got out and followed her. She was sitting there shaking and crying, And I feel so at fault because I know I fucked up but I said that because I was scared
"Your okay" I say sitting next to her
Instead of her sobbing into my shoulder she scooted away from me and didn't even give me a glance
"Im sorry okay I'm scared of this of love of a relationship okay im scared I've never done this im known for hookup's and meaningless sex" I say
She sat there crying and just ignoring me which I deserve, I don't know what to do I can't just let her sit here
"Ma I'm gonna give u a minute to yourself, I'll be in the car" I say getting up
"Help me up" she says reaching her hand out
She got in the car and I started driving it was silent the whole ride home We eventually got home and I sat on the couch as she sat next to me
"Oakley..I got upset because your my everything and u being unsure of it scares me because I don't wanna lose you" Chanel says
"I said that because I'm not ready I'm not ready in any time of way... but I'm willing to try" I say
"Okay I'm okay with that" she says hugging me
"And I'm willing to actually meet your mom" I say
"Okay I guess I'll let her know" she says putting her head on my chest
Chanel's pov
It was about an hour later and I decided to bring up him meeting my mom and possibly my family
"Hey when's a good time for the apolgy and for u to meet my family" I ask
"Todays Sunday so I guess Wednesday" he says
"where do you wanna go" I ask
"Uhm Boa" cee says
"Okay Sounds good" I say
