The Maynard couple watched as Min Kyong rushed out of the room. They looked at each other worriedly, seriously, what is going on with these two?

Min Kyong walked out of the restaurant. The coldness from the air conditioner inside vanished immediately as the warm summer night breeze blew at his body. He took a deep breath with closed eyes.

Ring! Ring!

Fluttering his eyelids open, he looked down to check his phone to see who is the caller. It was no other than his best friend.

He picked up the call without much thought.

'Hello?'

'Hey! I know you won't be coming but I'll still invite you anyway, you up to go clubbing?'

Min Kyong looked at his watch, it is currently 7 PM.

'Sure.' He answered after a moment of pause.

'Wait! What? Really? That's crazy! You're finally going out for once?'

Min Kyong rolled his eyes with a smile. He then hang up the phone and called a taxi before heading towards his friend's club nearby. He doesn't usually go clubbing but he needed to blow off some steam tonight.

The giant gates opened slowly on an automatic motor as the black Rolls Royce rolled into the mansion ground. The white mansion stood tall and strong in the middle of the enormous space. There is a fountain in front of the mansion which the car pulled up right beside it.

An old man wearing a neat butler uniform with spectacles hanging on his face walked towards the car when another man wearing all black opened the back door of the car.

Leon stepped out of the car and handed his coat to the female maid nearby.

'Young master, welcome home.' Said the butler respectfully, his eyes twinkled with joy that is hard to miss.

After all, he haven't seen the young master for five whole years. Leon smiled widely at the butler that he grew up with for 18 years, he had undoubtedly missed him as well. He stepped with large strides and hugged the old man tightly.

'Uncle Lu, I've missed you!' He exclaimed, the smile still hanging on his lips.

The butler lost his formal composure and laughed heartily while hugging the young master back.

Leon pulled away as soon as he saw another person running out with a few other familiar faces he haven't seen in this half a decade. It was his nanny.

Nanny Wang is someone that his parents have hired to look after him ever since he was a newborn. He grew up with this elderly woman and he probably spent more time with her than his own biological mother as she is busy with her work.

He quickly ran towards the elder woman and hugged her while lifting her off the ground a little.

The surrounding people chuckled a little at the happy scene. Butler Lu adjusted his clothings, still smiling while looking at Leon and nanny Wang.

'Young master is all grown up now.' Said nanny Wang while tears dropped from her eyes. A younger maid quickly brought out a clean cloth for the nanny to wipe her face but Leon was a step ahead as he used his thumb to clean the tear droplets from the wrinkly skin of his second most beloved woman after his mom.

'Nanny, you've lost weight. Have you not been eating and sleeping properly? You have to eat to have energy, otherwise, whose laps will I lay on to sleep at night?' Asked Leon in a childish tone while burying his head in the arms of his nanny.

'I will always be here for the young master whenever he needs me.' Said the nanny.

'That's right! Nanny Wang had all those sleepless nights because she was worried sick about the young master.' Said a man who is wearing a white t shirt and black pants. He is the personal driver of the Maynards' couple for decades.

'Eh? But where is the second young master?' Asked butler Lu.

'That's right, he should be coming back with the young master right?' Asked Nanny Wang.

Leon frowned as he stepped back a little, his hand still gripping Nanny Wang's shoulders gently.

'Who?'

He doesn't remember his mom or dad telling him they got a new kid? Where is this second young master from?

Nanny Wang looked at butler Lu a little.

'The young master doesn't know? Young master Min Kyong is the second young master here and he lives here for a while now.'

Leon's eyes narrowed as his eyebrows frowned downwards.

'What did nanny say?'

Butler Lu noticed the unpleasant expressions on Leon which took him my surprise. He'd thought the young master would be happy to learn that his best friend and fiancé is sharing the same roof as him like brothers. How come he is actually not having a good mood?

Leon suppressed his anger and forcibly smiled, not wanting to explode in anger in front of his nanny and the butler.

'Is mom and dad home?' Asked Leon

'Yes, the old masters are back a while ago.' Said nanny Wang with concern after noticing the bad temper Leon is in.

Leon nodded and with a gentle smile, he excused himself under the concerned gazes of everyone nearby.

'Leon, what is the meaning of this?' Asked Mrs Maynard, her beautiful face frowning in disapproval.

Mr Maynard stood to the side with his arms crossed and eyebrows scrunched.

'I should be the one asking that question, mom.' Said Leon. 'Why did you let that wretched thing live in our home?'

Mrs Maynard gasped

'Why did you use such vulgar words! What did England do to you?' Asked Mrs Maynard angrily.

'England did nothing to me, that guy did. You're just inviting a gold digger into the family.'

Mr Maynard slammed his palms down onto the table. His face seething with anger, fume about to erupt from his ears.

'Leon, you are to break up with your little girlfriend and get married with Kyong. NO OBJECTIONS!!!! If I hear even one word of refusal, this whole family is not yours anymore.'

Leon laughed, his eyes danced with mockery and pain.

'So that's it? That's all it takes to disown your only child?'

After saying so, he left the giant study with a slam. Mrs Maynard turned to her husband.

'Wasn't that too harsh dear?' She asked

'It wasn't, ungrateful brat!' He replied with a frustrated sigh.
