Hyunjin's POV

"I thought you and Felix were just dating... Why do you have a ring?" I asked Jisung.

"Well, Felix and I are actually just dating. I just wear the ring because Felix got it for me on our first date and I like to remind people that I am infact taken. We're not married but I do wish we were. I'm just waiting for the right time." Jisung explained.

I just nodded at his explanation. I looked around the conference room. Now that I think of it, I was actually nervous. Just thinking about what Changbin is like. Just then, the doors opened and Mr Seo walked in.

"Right... Jisung where is he?" Mr Seo asked.

Jisung and I stood up and I put on my best smile as Jisung told me to do.

"Changbin, this is Hwang Hyunjin. Hyunjin, Mr Seo Changbin." Jisung introduced.

"You mean, coffee boy is the one I'm interviewing?" Mr Seo asked.

"You two met before?" Jisung asked.

"Only once." I said shaking Mr Seo's hand.

"Right, if it's alright with you Hyunjin, I'd like to keep you here. Just to see if you can do the work you say you can." Mr Seo said as he packed up his things.

"No it's all good Sir." I answered.

"I'll see you in my office." Mr Seo said winking at me before leaving.

"HYUNJIN! That was amazing!" Jisung complimented.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"He wants to see you in his office. The theory is done. All you have to do now is the practical work. Maybe he'll hire you. No, not maybe... He'll most definitely hire you." Jisung said confidently.

"What makes you so sure?"

"Stop doubting yourself Hyunjin. Just don't trip and fall or something. He loves eating. Ask Felix. He's always hungry. And plus... That wink seemed promising." Jisung said pushing me out of the conference room.

"That's great advice..." I said sarcastically as we walked towards the elevator.

"Just keep that in mind. And he's also very impatient. Did you go to the bathroom?" Jisung asked stopping in his tracks.

"Uh.... Why?" I asked looking at him.

"Changbin has a bladder of titanium. So it's better if you go now... Or... Nevermind. He's probably waiting for you! GO WHAT ARE YOU STANDING AROUND FOR?!!!" Jisung yelled out,  pulling my hand as we ran to the elevator.

It was just one floor up and we arrived at Mr Seo's office floor. Just wished me a good luck and disappeared behind the elevator doors. I knocked on the familiar door and heard a stern 'come in', before entering. I saw Mr Seo looking through his drawer.

I gulped as I noticed how dark his office was. The walls were black and the floors grey with a cute picture of a pig on one of the walls.

'That's a bit weird....' I thought to myself.

"Oh, Hyunjin. I thought you went to the bathroom before you got here." Mr Seo said turning to me with a file in his hand.

"No I didn't go... I didn't want to let you wait." I answered.

"Mmmh.... Alright." He said looking me up and down. "We're just waiting for someone. Then we'll begin."

"Who're we waiting for?" I asked shakily. "If I may ask..."

"I'M SORRY I'M LATE MR SEO!" I turned to the door and saw Yuna panting.

"Yuna, this is Hyunjin. You will help him out with everything. Showing him what and what not to do. How to schedule and arrange my meetings. He's my new assistant. I trust that you'll teach him well." Mr Seo said walking towards me. He then handed me the file. "Hyunjin, this is the file for our new case. Read through it and by tomorrow you'll give me your opinion."

"So does that mean I got the job?" I asked.

"Your name is Hyunjin right?" Mr Seo asked.

"Well yes-..."

"Then that's your answer. Yes. What're you still doing here? GET OUT OF MY OFFICE!!" Mr Seo yelled. "And Hyunjin! Get me a coffee!!"

Yuna and I then went out of the office and closed the door behind us.

"Is he always like that?" I asked.

"Like what? Like a cactus crawled up his ass without any lube? Yip! Pretty much..." Yuna answered.

'thud!'

"Shit...! He heard us.....!" Yuna whisper yelled before grabbing my hand and pulling me to the elevator.
