Over my GCSEs my emetaphobia got really bad. Not that I was just a bit anxious- it got to the point that I wouldn't eat for 2 days before taking an exam so there was barely any chance of throwing up in my exams. Not that it mattered, I wasn't ill at all.

The night before exams when I did eat, I would stay up sobbing and hyperventilating because I hated the feeling of being full so much. I guess that's what triggered my ana to come back.

I started restrticting the types of food I ate to just toast and rice- the easiest foods to keep down- and assumed that I would be fine after my exams. But I was wrong.
