something isn't right

part nine: the news. and taco's secret.

No one's poz:

Teardrop and gelatin were helping lollipop with stuff she needed. When lollipop got a message from flower, saying everything was fine, but she asked lollipop for a phone call, she agreed to. And asked if her friends could hear it to.

Lollipop's poz:

I answered her phone call, and teardrop sat beside me since I wanted her to hear it to. Flower was talking about what's been going on, when she asked me a question about taco. Does taco always like, be half asleep and barely eating? She asked. Well yes I believe so, but she was too good at hiding it before, I continued, she was always saying stuff like it's just the sun or the moon, or even the day. Teardrop also sign languaged me to say something taco has never told anyone but her. And when she did I froze. I snapped back a minute later, and told flower it. We were all feeling bad, but teardrop said we can't let her know she told us taco's secret.

(She sign languaged, when I said ,told, it's just a way to make a shorter word.)

Blocky's poz:

Taco was sitting in the corner when I woke up. She looked tired, but also looked like she was hiding from someone. So I went over to her and asked what had happened.
Taco replied with, I'm fine just don't wanna sleep, but woody told me to so I'm hiding. But you look tired, I said. Listen I just wanna help everyone I can so I left early to help flower, ruby, and bubble. She said. And what about you. what, what do you mean, she interrupted. Well you helped the others, but yourself, I said with a smile. Well, I guess I see your point, she said, guess you do have a brain in there. I felt flustered, I-I always had a brain, I said. She laughed at my remark, and all I could do was smile. I put her in my bed and told her to try and sleep. As she drifted off to sleep,  I went downstairs to get a snack.

Fours poz:

Me and X were looking around for any clues of the monster, when X shouted to me that they found balloony alive somehow. I rushed over to where they said balloony was, then we decided to spread the news that he was alive. Luckily most of the objects came to help him. He was torn on the side of his head and he lost an arm. We went back to search to see if we could find loser, but it was no sign of him. X and me tried to recover him but it didn't work. So we made one more warning on our site, that if you were attacked, but your alive, you can't be recovered if you die. Some objects were staying in there homes, some at other houses, but one object could be the monster's next meal if they don't think to wisely. Oh, X was still searching for loser, it's no use, maybe he'll be seen eventually.
We saw teardrop and gelatin walking over to us, when they got to us gelatin asked me a question, hey four, do you know anything about taco, he said. All I know is that she is a taco and is probably asleep by now, I answered. Do you know anything about objects getting powers, he asked. Now that's a new one, but I don't know how that could happen. Teardrop then showed me her phone with people using their powers. Flower had teleportation, teardrop has water powers, and taco has earth powers.
I really couldn't answer how they got them but I said to them that they should use there powers to help anyone in need. They         agreed, and thanked me, and left to go back home. They were a little suspicious, but why ask if I know about taco? I continued to search around for loser with X when someone shouted for help so I ran to see what was happening.

Blocky's poz:

I went upstairs after lunch to see if she was awake, she was awake just thinking, so I sat by her to see what was up. Hey taco, what you thinking about, I said. Oh, nothing I'm just...still tired- I think, she said. I heard that you left at five, could you maybe tell me why? I asked as I grabbed her hand. Ok, well I woke up and made a meal for flower, ruby and, bubble, she started, so I left with it and I helped them for a while. So....when did you come back? I asked. Well flower told me I should go back, but I didn't want to, so once she got me to go that was when woody saw me sitting on the bed, she finished. I turned her to face me, yeah I know that I just wanna know how you did this, I asked. Well if I told you, you gotta stay quiet about it, she said. Ok, got it, I answered. She then back away from me and showed me that she has been using vines, so the whole time you have spider legs, I said. Well vines as stilts, not as legs, she said while moving back to turn them off. Why didn't you tell us sooner? I asked, we were worried at first.
Yeah I know it's just.... She paused, I don't think she had any reason. So I moved her to face again, taco you don't have to give me your reason, woody and I were just worried, I said, so when he found you leaving I just wanted to know if you were alright. Oh, I never had a friend that cared this much, she said. She told me that she will tell woody about her vines later. Oh, yeah taco, we have an extra room for you if you want to live here, I said. Thanks I will, but where is woody, I haven't seen him since this morning? She asked. Oh, he told me he was gonna see balloony, I said, so he will be back by dinner. As we were about to leave we heard a scream from the bushes, and the minute we saw who it was.......Oh No.
