Izumi POV-

Damnit I'm tired! This performance lasted longer than expected! At least I nailed the finishing number, I knew Yattsukeru would be flawless! I worked my ass off on that one

I walked backstage as the audience still roared. As I walked, my friend Kiyoko handed me a towel and water bottle. I sat in a chair near me

"That has to be one of your best performances yet Eve!" Kiyoko is one of my friends that doesn't know my real name

"Ya think? Thanks Kiyoko!" I smile at her

"Hey Eve! Nice work out there! You look tired though" a random stage manager says

He looks young. To young. He looked 17 or so

"Thanks so much! I am actually. I've been working my ass off for this show so I'm glad it went well!" I smiled at him. When I did I noticed his cheeks becoming a little pink. I'm guessing he's a bit of a fan

"I-I'm Haruki Tsumata by the way!" He says

"Nice to meet ya Haruki!" I add a lot of charm to that phrase

Ever sense I was little, people have told me I have this charisma that drew people in. That my eyes shine so brightly that people couldn't help but be interested. I use these traits to have a better connection with my fans.

"Hey Eve!" Kiyoko says grabbing my attention

"What's up?"

"Has anyone ever told you that you remind them a lot of that idol Ai?" She says. Of course she says that. She lives and breaths idols

Although. That hit me. I've always been a fan of Ai. I originally wanted to be an idol like her but I just didn't vibe with the overall style. Still. I studied her life and behaviors. I picked up on her habits and even the way she speaks. I've always had the sparkle in my eye but once I became more like Ai, I noticed that they got brighter. I loved it.

I knew that being and idol wasn't for me but I still wanted to preform. Using the habits I picked up from Ai, I started really growing in my career. People have mentioned our similarities but overall we are very different. I've been studying Ai for so long that now her habits have become my own. I'm not saying I'm not my own person, rather, I'm me with some influence

"A few times yea. Just personality though. That's where the similarities end" I giggle at the end

"Well obviously!" She laughs as well, "do you know when your next show is?"

"Zero clue. I'm starting school soon remember? That's gonna take up quite a bit of time" I sigh at the thought of school

"Ugh I wish we were going to the same school! Why'd you have to pick Yoto Highschool!?!" She groans

"Cause! It's the only school with a preforming arts course" I sigh

"Why not just stay homeschooled?"

"Cause my parents think it'd be better if I went to school in person. Get a better grasp of the lesson I guess. They think I'm some dumbass" I frown at the end

"They don't think you're a dumbass" she sits next to me, "You're smart but you get distracted easily. I know I don't want you to but I guess you can try to go to stupid school!" She giggles

I giggle as well then say, "well thank you. I guess I can try"

Everyone packs up everything and I'm left on an empty stage. Everyone, including Kiyoko left so it's just me here and a one janitor mopping far away from me.
