"Stay right there," he said, his voice low and commanding, but with a tenderness I hadn't expected. He turned the shower on, the water instantly steaming up in the small, intimate space. The sound of the water rushing filled the air, creating a soothing yet electrifying atmosphere as he reached up to adjust the temperature.
