It had been years, years from the moments the sweet family had shared. but unfortunately it had come to an end.

"Yor, my mission with you is over now. "

Yor, couldn't believe it was over, she felt overwhelmed just by hearing those words come out Loid's lips, she couldn't believe it at all.

"B-but, Loid.." Yor spoke but would just get cutoff by Loid, or the so called "Twilight."

"Yor, My name is not Loid but just Twilight.  This was the agreement wasn't it?" Twilight would say sounding rather cold and harsh.

Yor couldn't do anything but simply just nod. She couldn't feel her hands, her heart had been pounding loudly. Could he not hear?

"Yes, you're right Twilight.."  Yor responded, she knew this was what they had agreed on. But what could she do about it? Beg him to stay? Beg him to forget about the agreement? Beg him to forget about everything else and stay with her instead.

This was their true family. This was her family.

"I'm afraid I will need to take custody of Anya. You're fine with that right Yor?" Twilight asked smiling, his legs bouncing a little from nervousness, but Yor was too focused on herself that she hadn't noticed.

"That is... that is fine with me.. Twilight." Yor responded. But oh, it wasn't fine with her. She had grown so attached to the little girl. He was taking Anya with him?

He was taking their child? He was taking her daughter?—no, Anya wasn't theirs in the first place. She wasn't theirs, Loid wasn't a real person, he was an act, Loid and Yor were never actually together.

Their family was never real in the first place.

"Yuri can finally be in peace and you won't need to worry about your cooking, right Yor?"

Twilight asked, he felt that he was maybe asking too many questions and that it was rather intimidating her even more.

He didn't want to hurt Yor, he just needed to straight up inform her about the "truth."

"O-oh, yes of course.. there's no need to worry about that anymore.. It was all stupid right?.."

Yor would respond back, she felt her eyes starting to water. She didn't understand how she became so attached to a fake person.

To a person who was not her real husband. To a man who was just a spy, hiding his true identity. "I see. But there's no need to worry Yor. I will provide you with money and with anything else you need. "

Twilight lastly said before standing up from his chair, pulling out his wallet and handing over a check.

"I'm afraid, it is the least I can do, Yor. I apologize."

Twilight's voice tone changed suddenly, he started sounding a bit more guilty and as if this was extremely hard for him to actually cope with. Because deep down it was, he wished that things never had to end.

He wished he would still get to see his beautiful fake wife each morning.

"I-it's fine. Thank you, though, I will ask you one thing, Twilight." Yor suddenly asked, shifting her gaze from the check to his eyes before gently taking the check with her hands.

Twilight's brows would rise up a bit, he didn't expect Yor to have questions, but he also didn't expect Yor to have the strength to do so.

He wanted to ask her so many questions too, he wanted to ask her why she seemed completely unbothered with this.

"O-our relationship, our family, it was all real right?.."

Yor questioned, having hope in her eyes. She knew deep down he had always felt happy with her. She knew that deep down, he enjoyed spending time with her and Anya. His smile never lied.

"It was fake. Everything was fake Yor. I think I made it very clear."

Twilight responded, shifting his gaze towards Yor, he sounded overwhelmed. Maybe he had grown tired of this fake family act, maybe he wanted nothing to do with her.

"I see. Now a question for Loid..why must it end in this way Loid.. I really thought we started to like each other and spending time together like Family..."

For some reason hearing Yor call him by his fake name angered him. It made this harder, it made him feel even more guiltier than before.

"Yor, I-I'm afraid I cannot talk more. I need to leave. I won't forget this one thing, You're always welcomed to visit Anya anytime you wish to see her. Goodbye Yor."

This was the last thing Twilight ever said to her. Yor silently watched him walk away, she watched him place his hat on his head, causally walking and walking until then he was gone.

Her eyes were then filled with a bunch of tears, she was feeling her heart shatter. She had been planing just the night before all this to finally confess her true feelings to Him.

Had she been too late? What will Anya do? What will she think? What other lie will Twilight come up with?

"It was fake after all..- what did you expect Yor?" Yor suddenly looked over seeing her reflection on the glass wall, her eyes widened, seeing the other version of herself, Thorn Princess.

"It seems that in your real form, you can never truly get what you want. But once you're in this form. You behave truly different." Thorn Princess said softly, giggling before crossing her arms and staring right into Yor.

"But whose fault is that? It is not Loid's fault or should I say... Twilight's fault. But yours, you missed your chance to confess and now it is too late. How sad right?"

Yor stood still, her dark red eyes widened and flooded with more tears. She was thinking deeply about what Thorn Princess was saying, she was saying the truth.

Yor lost her true family, Yor had lost Loid, Yor had lost Anya.

"What? Did you expect? Loid to fall in love with you and confess his feelings first? Pathetic. It wasn't real, this was all an act remember?"

Yor quickly turned her back against the glass wall, making Thorn Princess completely disappear out of her sight.

Just a few days after that night, Yor decided to rent another apartment, she decided that maybe Yuri and her could live together just like the old times.

Twilight had everything prepared, the apartment they had lived in as a family was gone, as if it had disappeared.
