A/N: Don't think I said this but it's common for heroes to keep their names when they get married. When Izu and Katsuki got married they were pros at the time so they kept their names.

Denki, hearing the glass break, gets up and heads to the kitchen, clicking his tongue in annoyance.

Great now he's breaking shit

He rounds the corner and finds Izuku on his hands and knees, frantically trying to pick up the pieces of glass. He was sweating profusely and trembling so badly that the glass kept falling from his hands. Not to mention the palm of his already bandaged-up hand was bleeding so much it began to leak onto the ground.

"Shit, dude are you ok?" Denki couldn't help but be concerned, Izuku did not look ok in the slightest.

"I-I'm sorry, I'll buy you a-a new cup," Izuku said panicked, like he was afraid of making Denki upset.

"It's fine dude just- you're bleeding, worry about that," Denki went to pick up the glass instead and Izuku flinched away when he got too close making him frown.

"O-ok," Izuku stood up.

He clenched his hand and hurried to the bathroom to clean it when he was hit with an intense wave of nausea and grew lightheaded. Denki heard a thump and tossed the glass in the trash before heading down the hall after feeling uneasy.

He found Izuku on the floor of the bathroom, unconscious, and curled in on himself as he panted and struggled to breathe properly.

"Shit Midoriya!"

Denki picked him up and quickly took him to his room and laid him down on the bed. He then got a cool rag and put it on his forehead before pulling out his phone.

"Hello?"

"Midoriya just collapsed and I don't know what's wrong with him, what do I do!" Denki said quickly.

"Shit! Sho we gotta go Izu collapsed!" Sero yelled out "We're on our way so just watch him and call me if he gets worse,"

"Fuck, alright,"

{The next day}

Sero and Shoto were so glad it wasn't anything life-threatening and Izuku and the baby were ok. Sero called his doctor and the man concluded that Izuku had been overly stressed and hadn't been eating properly.

Izuku sniffled as he buried his face in his pillow, because he wasn't taking care of himself he almost harmed his baby. He already felt like a bad parent and his child wasn't even here yet.

Shoto brushed through Izuku's hair with a small frown, "Don't be too hard on yourself, you aren't at fault whatsoever. This has all been hard on you and you can't control yourself getting sick from it,"

Izuku laid his head in Shoto's lap, "I feel awful..."

"I know, everything will be alright," Shoto smiled brushing hair from his face.

Sero entered the room with a smoothie, "Here, let's see if you can keep this down,"

Izuku sat up and carefully took the smoothie from Sero, taking slow sips in an attempt to not upset his stomach.

"We don't have a lot left, I think I can take care of the rest on my own so you can stay and look after Izuku," Shoto suggested.
