The night before the race

Gabby pov

I got ready and headed to Alice's room. Did she say room 603 or 602. I think 603. I went to her floor and knocked on the door. Charles opened the door.
Hey Gabby what's up? Charles asked me.
I knew Alice wouldn't have told Charles she was going out. I was all dressed up. He would know I'm going out and then if I said wrong door there would be no way that Alice could go with me.
Umm what time does the race start? I asked.
I'm such a horrible liar.
9:00 in the morning like always. He responded.
Thanks. I told him.
Where are you heading? He asked.
Dinner. I smiled at him.
Oh okay, have fun. He smiled.
I smiled back. I walked down the hall once I heard his door closed. I turned around. And knocked on 602. Alice opened the door. I rushed in.

Alice pov

Gabby rushed into my room and she told me how she knocked on the wrong door.
GABBY! I yelled at her.
I know. I know. I asked him the race time and then said I was going to dinner. Then left. She explained.
Be more careful. I told her.
She rolled her eyes. We walked out of the hotel. I called and Uber to the club. On the way there I told her about how Lando blew me off.
What a fool. We chuckled.
I don't want to get drunk tonight. But I will watch you. I told her.
Whatever. She rolled her eyes.
We got into the club. And she ordered two shots.
One won't hurt. She yelled over the music.
I shrugged and grabbed my shot. And we showed them.
Vodka! I said as my mouth burned.
She chuckled. I got us a booth in the VIP area.
We walked back there and sat in our booth and talked as she took more shots. She stared into the crowd. She looked at me and she was as pale a paper. I turned to where she was looking. There stood Lando Norris and Lusia.
Are you serious! I yelled at Gabby.
He ditched you for her!!! She busted out laughing. I laughed with her. I was a little tipsy. I should do what Daniel would do. I took out my phone and took a photo of me and Gabby with the flash on. Causing people to look our way. I looked into the crowd and my eyes were met with Lando's.

Lando's pov
Alice had asked me out to drinks. And I was excited to go. There was tension in her apartment that day and tonight I was gonna do something about it. Until I got a text from Lusia.
Lu Lu
Lusia: we are going to the club tonight
Lando: I have plans.
Lusia: to bad
Lando: k
I don't know when I would forgive my management for making me be in a PR relationship with this prick. She never let me do anything it was always about her. Now I can't go with Alice.
(Time skip to the club)
I was dancing with Lusia at the club so the paparazzi could get some photos. We had our own booth with some of her friends. There was a flash out of the corner of my eye. I looked over and my heart sank. There was Alice and Gabby. They both were giving me a death stare. Alice walked to the bathroom while flipping me off.
I need to go to the bathroom. I told Lusia.
She nodded. I ran after Alice. I caught the door eight before the door closed. She was standing in the mirror putting on more makeup.
It's not what it looks like. I told her.
Oh no I know what it is. You ditched me for her. She told me.
I wanted to tell her is was a PR relationship but I was told not to. They threatened my seat.
I ran over to her and smashed my lips into hers. She gasped she was not expecting that. She kissed me back. My hands slipped to her thighs. She wrapped her legs around my waist. I set her on top of the sink. I deepened the kiss. I started kissing down her neck kissing her in all the right places. She let out a moan. Her hands traveled down my belt. I groaned. Her hands slowly traveled down into my pants. She stared stroking it. I don't know how long we were in there for. When I got close she stopped. She started to walk out.
Where are you going? I asked.
How does it feel to be ditched? She asked walking out.
I stood there in shock.

Alice pov
I walked out leaving Lando in the bathroom. I chuckled to myself. I knew that would sting. I walked through the crowd trying to find Gabby. She was dancing on a random guy. I pulled her away. I dragged her to the Uber I had called on my way to find her.
Where did you go? She asked.
I told her everything. He mouth was dropped.
ALICE GRACE LECLERC! NO YOU DIDNT! She screamed at me.
I KNOW!!! I told her.
I looked at my phone it was 1 in the morning. I had to get up in 6 hours to race. The drive was short from the club to the hotel. She went to her floor and I went up to mine. I was quiet walking up because Charles room was right next to mine. I went into my room and changed. And crashed in bed.
I woke up to banging on my door.
Hold on! I groaned.
I walked over to the door.
Carlos? I spoke.
Your currently 31 minutes late. You need to do good if your gonna be my replacement. He chuckled
Your joking. I looked at my watch. I rushed back into my room.
I will wait outside the door. Can I ride with you. Carlos came into my room and sat down. He had his crutches and bandages over his ribs.
Of course you can ride with me. I told him
I ran through my room trying to get dressed as fast as I can. I managed to get dressed and do a little makeup in 7 minutes. I rushed out the door with Carlos. We started the the garage we found my car and we were off the the track.
Nervous? Carlos asked.
Ya a lot. I chuckled.
You gonna do great! And your starting P5! He smiled.
I chuckled. He gasped as smooth operator came over the radio. He turned it up all the way.
HES A SMOOTH OPERATOR!!! We shouted at the same time.
Before we knew it we where at the track. We walked in and Matteo was pissed.
Nice of you to join us Alice. He rushed over.
I was about to say something but then got interrupted.
It was my fault I rode with her and there was a issue with my bandages and that's what made her late. Carlos said.
Go get ready. Matteo tapped my shoulder and rushed away.
Carlos winked and me. And I mouthed thanks. I ran into my drivers room. I got dressed and did my ritual. All of the sudden there was a knock on my door.
ALLYY! Someone yelled.
DANNNY! I turned around. (Daniel is a reserve driver still)
He hugged me.
What's that on you neck? He asked.
I told him everything about last night.
I have never been so proud. Daniel pretended to cry.
We talked for a bit longer. He told me that he has to get back to Red Bull. He wished me luck and left. I walked out of my drivers room. I rounded the corner and say Ollie and Arthur. I ran up and hugged them both.
What are you doing her!!! I asked them.
I wouldn't miss it for the world! Ollie told me.
Mom made me come. Arthur joked. We sat down and a table as we waited for the race to start. Ollie had gotten up to get food and charles sat down. He was looking at me weird.
What's on your neck? Charles asked.
