"Good afternoon. You must be Ivonne." The woman at the front door said in a smooth voice as Ivy walked through the door to the building.
"Good afternoon, and yes I am Ivonne."
"Pleasure to meet you, you're right on time, follow me this way." She brought Ivy through a door and up a staircase. "My name is Vanelope and I will be your psychic." She said to Ivy once they had gotten to the room where the psychic was going to perform her magic. "Come and sit here." Vanelope motioned to a chair in front of a desk. She pulled it out, allowing for Ivy to take a seat before she made her way to the other side to commence the reading. "Let me see your hand." She reached out and grabbed the others, carefully inspecting each line and crease that covered the palm.

She ran her finger on the lines causing Ivy's hands to move from the ticklish feeling, but she managed to hold them still enough to the point that Vanelope could give her information. "See this line here?" She ran her finger over it and Ivy nodded. "This line is the heart line. See how it starts below your middle finger? That represents selfishness within love. And see how there's little lines that cut through the heart line? That represents some trauma that may have occurred within the past, leading to some of the ways you handle love. Moving to the head line, yours is showing both creativity, but it also is showing some inconsistency within thought, showing some contrasting ideas.

Your life line shows you're a cautious person within relationships, and shows that you have a lot of energy ready to share with others, but be careful as they can lead to riffs within your relationships." Ivy stared at the woman who was able to read into her soul. She was shocked and dumbfounded at how easily the person sitting across from her was able to read her like a book. "How about a Tarot card reading to go along with the palm reading?"
"Sure." Ivy responded as the woman grabbed out a deck of 78 cards.

Vanelope blew some air across the top of the deck, then gave it three taps on the table before shuffling the prettily colored deck within her hands. She focused all of her mental energy into the deck, allowing for her eyes to become fixated on the table. One card flew out of the deck which she placed on the table. Two more came out at the same time. She aligned them with the first card on the table and began to interpret the reading she was doing for Ivy. "Well what does it say?"
"They're saying to be cautious.

You are going to hurt someone who is very emotionally and physically close to you. Don't do something stupid, and let them be before you do something that will change the dynamics of your relationship." Ivy nodded listening to every word that came out of the woman's mouth. "That is sadly all the time we have for now. And please remember, don't do anything drastic." The woman brought Ivy back to the front door and gave her a little wave as she exited from the building.
