  Mumbai, 1993

A young beautiful 18-year-old girl with green hazel eyes hurriedly got out of the car, carefully closing the door behind her. She was wearing a light yellow knee-length dress, as the sun was clearly shining today and it was very warm. After fixing her unruly hair, she walked toward the movie set. The girl was an actress, or rather a beginning actress. Since childhood she dreamed of becoming a beautiful, successful, famous actress like her mother. Her mother was a Bollywood star named Mahalakshmi Sharma. The little girl grew up with this dream while watching her mother's movies. Over the years, the girl really discovered her acting talent. She began acting in school plays, skits, and did so flawlessly. Mahalakshmi Ji sometimes found time and came to watch her daughter. She was of course welcomed by the school administration with great joy and respect. Looking at it the girl was overwhelmed with admiration and pride for her mother. She was a role model for the girl. But everything was not as smooth as she would have liked it to be. Rajiv Sharma, our little girl's father, did not want his daughter to follow in her mother's footsteps. He dreamed that she would finish her studies and work as a successful surgeon, then get married and have a couple of kids. He didn't want his daughter to be dragged into the cruel world of show business. Fame, honor, and career are all good, of course, but it is very hard to stay on top of fame and respect. People, and especially the press, can be very cruel to celebrities. And Rajiv was well aware of that, because his wife is an actress. But after much begging, pleading, and crying for his daughter, he finally gave his consent. And finally, when she was 16, she first signed a contract for her first film starring, but unfortunately the film failed at the box office. And then the young girl for the first time began to doubt herself, her talent. Maybe it's not her at all? Maybe her father was right and acting is not for her? After that, she felt bad. She is very cheerful, cheerful and carefree by nature, but after the failure of the film, she withdrew into herself, almost nothing to eat, although she loved to eat. This made their parents worried about their daughter. Parents always want to see their children happy.

One day the girl was lying on her bed reading another book, as her father came to her and took her straight to a successful director and his part-time friend. The girl did not understand anything. Did her father really believe in her talent? It turns out that Rajiv had already arranged everything in advance with the director and if she shows what she is capable of, the main female role will be hers. She was hesitant at first, but then her father came up to her and whispered:
- I believe in you and your talent, daughter. You will overcome everything. Believe in yourself as I believe in you, Anjali.
And that's how our Anjali ended up here. And now she was in a hurry to get to the shoot before anyone else. She couldn't wait to get started.

Ahead of her, she noticed a young man approaching in her direction. He took off his black glasses and suddenly his eyes were on hers. Anjali had never seen him before, nor had he seen her. Neither of them could take their eyes off each other. They were getting closer but couldn't look the other way. Then the boy smiled involuntarily, he didn't seem to know how he did it himself, and Anjali herself also unknowingly smiled back at him. Suddenly the girl's heart skipped a beat at that moment and then started beating faster than usual, causing her to catch her breath. It seemed to her that time had stopped. What was the matter with her? Nothing like this had ever happened to her before. The guy just walked past her and disappeared around the corner. Anjali turned and stared after him for a long time. She wondered what had just happened to her. She had met many guys in her life, but this one... He wasn't super handsome, but something about him caught her attention. Big brown eyes in which she almost drowned in, a long and straight nose, thick, black hair, dark skin that made him even more attractive. He was not very tall. I wondered who he was. Why did he smile at her? And why did she smile at him? Usually Anjali doesn't react to guys like that. More accurately, several guys have tried to flirt with her, but she always turned them down. She couldn't get anyone to like her. And now she hasn't even said a word. That's very strange. She shook her head and decided it was just sleep deprivation, since she'd been reading the script all night and couldn't sleep. Of course. What else could it be? Or was it something else?
