Ambulances rushed in at once.
The ear deafening ringing filled his yound mind.Everything was moving so fast, nobody couldn't even think.
For some reason, he just didn't want to believe that she was gone.
Mother was gone...?
His memory was foggy. He still couldn't remember any specific details on what happened.
But He knew It was unbearably silent.
No words could describe it.
No words could describe the experience. It's been years since then but somehow you could still feel the lingering silence of something... Adrien couldn't put his finger on what.
But whatever it really wasn't that deep to him.
Regardless, It's been 6 years. To be honest, I quiet enjoyed being alone.
Because the alternative wasn't any better.I was still in the same school... but was life is a little easier with chase by my side, now i only get 1-2 bruises a week.
I may not be the most social person out which greatly contrasted with chass's outgoing personality, but he was his day one, they were locked in.
One day in November, adrien just exited the school.
Heading home was a massive issue for him.He slipped behind the school before anyone could see him.
He had to go through the back of back alleys, through rooftops and abandoned houses, traversing the soggy mud pits.
Anything to not see them...
Just after all this he reached a road merely 5 minutes away from his house.
It was around 5 o'clock but outside was already a gloomy navy blue, covered in a coat of fog.
You could hear thunderstorms roling in from afar.
Not long after, the rain started patting down on Adrien.
He stood there soaking (pun not intended) in the weather. He walked towards his house in a daze, until he saw a figure.
He looked around, trying to figure out if he actually saw something.
Then again, it went past.
He started to follow it, its almost like he had no self control, that his legs were just deciding where to walk.
Like someone was controlling him.
The closer he got, the more his heart beat. He couldn't help himself.
Then he snapped out of it. He looked down at his hands and feet, wondering what the hell he was doing here.
He was very confused.
He quickly walked back in direction of his house. Eventually reaching it by half 5.
He walked into a cosy but quiet home. Many thing untouched in years. The silence followed him around. He guessed his dad was asleep; when was he never.
He went up to him room and danced the pain away with just dance. (Nah I'm joking)
I did my homework and caught up with chass online.
As the day got away from him, he got on his mini couch and stared out his window, trying to not fall asleep.Soon enough, his eyes started to droop and he eventually dozed off.
The bells rang loudly. I stepped out, smelling the fresh breeze brush gently against my nose.
With a hop and skip, I went down the large staircase and out onto the streets. All was fine, until I felt my breath slow down.
Footsteps from miles away got louder and louder.
The smell of cologne getting stronger.
I had convinced himself that it was all in my head.
Another one of my scenarios that I had got too infatuated in.A fist struck my head from the back. A stinging sensation over filled my thoughts. Icturned around to see them. Discussing their next move.
Until my head started ringing, like church bell celebrating a wedding. Something inspired my, I didn't know what, but I stood up and ran. I knew, what cowardly thing to do but what choice did I have.
Its be killed or kill out here.
They soon followed me. But I was faster. This rush of adrenaline made me feel invincible but that feeling didn't last long.
I stopped by the bridge.
There was nowhere else left to go.
One of them walked towards me.
Clapping slowly with ear deafening laughs to go along with it.
It infuriated me. But Ill play their game, but better. Walking and clapping towards him too. They were almost touching until they weren't. He dropped to the floor. Blood leaked out of him as clenched his stomach, Their faces lit up in confusion.
Their once smily faces turned into wretched screams.
They scattered away. As they got further and further away. Adrien could be seen in the distance standing with a knife in his hand with his menacing smile glowing brightly in the fog.I woke up with a bang, barely able to comprehend my surroundings.
I stood up as my alarm clock was blaring in my ears, making me slightly disorientated.
I looked at my phone, just to see that I was atleast 2 hours late!I had a shower and got changed as fast as I could. Rushing down the stairs and out of the door.
I made sure to stop on my way to get a croissant from my favourite bakery. When I entered, I was greeted with late detention. When I got in, it was break time. For some reason everyone was clumped in the middle.
I pushed through the crowd as far as I could.
At first I thought there was a fight, but when he looked a little closer I saw a girl, but I couldn't get a clear look. All he saw was dark blue hair gleaming in the sunlight, but he left this curiosity alone.I went on with my day, alone. Walking from class to class. Getting lost in my own thoughts.
I got to 4th period just intime.
As he entered the room, he saw everyone stading a circle. Like a boxing match was going going happen. Cheering and chanting. Betting on who was going to win.
The thing is, he was in itLet's say yesterday's boxing encounter hadn't landed him any favours.
"Cmon, Mr I'm so strong. Show what you can do!" he bellowed.
He stood there shocked, deciding what he should do.
Should he fight, stand up for himself?
"3,2,1..."
They finished couting down but time slowed for him. A glowing figure flooded his brain. He could hear his mother sweet voice. It soothed him. Like he was a sweet docile baby once again. Filled with no hate for the world.
I opened my eyes, to see the guy lunging at him. I dodged and was able to push him down, badly twisting his ankle.
"Try me."
Even though I sounded like I knew what I was doing, I didn't. I felt so bad after that. He seemed really hurt and I can't bare to see anyone else hurt again.
I stumbled out the class trying to let my emotions go. While doing so I stumbled on art class. Something I never really paid attention to. He watched them craft delicate pieces a of fabric to make an outfit. It stunned him thoroughly.
"What a career that'd be." he said.
